His preservative-free artisanal ice creams are made from exceptional ingredients: Piedmont hazelnuts, Iranian pistachios, organic honey... Our tearoom, open 7 days a week from 9.30am to 6.30pm, serves homemade cakes, cookies, crêpes and savoury snacks, as well as gourmet brunches every Sunday. Its terrace with a breathtaking view of the Pyrenees makes it the ideal place for a gourmet break.
