Xavier Berger, best chocolatier in France 2010, has left his family home and the iconic Royalty in Tarbes to open a store in Pau with his wife Marlène. He offers a range of specialties, including sticks, tuiles, cookies and a fine selection of XB-stamped tablets. Always on the lookout for new combinations of flavors and products, he lives up to his quest for perfection. You're sure to find something to your taste. He also has a boutique in Tarbes. A beautiful setting and palette to discover.
