Xavier Berger trained at the school of excellence. He left the family home and the emblematic Royalty in Tarbes to open his own store in Pau with his wife Marlene. The famous chocolate maker, best chocolate maker of France 2010, offers the range of his specialties, sticks, tuiles or cookies. You also have a nice choice of bars stamped XB. He always tries to innovate and to imagine new associations of flavors and products to answer his quest for perfection. You will inevitably find a creation which will correspond perfectly to your greediness. He also has a store in Tarbes. Beautiful case and beautiful palette to discover.
