Pour changer des bouquets de fleurs, l'atelier du chocolat propose les bouquets en chocolat, mélangeant les différentes plaques de chocolat cassées. La cabosse garnie (véritable fruit du cacaoyer) renferme elle les feuillant d’or, qui allient le croustillant de la crêpe dentelle et la finesse du praliné amandes noisettes…
