Place Clemenceau and the "Docks" district welcome Thierry Bamas, MOF for over 10 years. A year earlier, he became world champion in frozen desserts. While he already excels in Bayonne and Anglet, what this creative pastry chef lacked was an intense venue close to the sea. Here, you can enjoy cakes, chocolates... and the brand's famous ice creams. Bamas is also a dessert school, where you can share in the chef's expertise and learn to master the techniques and tricks of the trade.
