His small, but very large, cheese shop at the foot of the cathedral will take you on a journey through the seasons. His homemade Tarta de Queso and a host of reworked cheeses, including truffle, chili, lemon and pistachio, will tantalize your taste buds. A rare and committed selection of cheeses from small-scale production and great traditions will take you to another dimension.
