Since 1957, this institution has seen 3 generations of the same family pass on their know-how. Fish and shellfish arrive on Thursdays from the La Rochelle and Saint-Jean-de-Luz auctions. On display are tuna, hake, sole, sardines and other fish competing for freshness, as well as shellfish and even snails ready to cook, and lobsters, lobsters and lobster in the tanks...
