A fine CV for this already renowned Saint-Jean-de-Luz establishment, which has now set up shop in its Anglet "cabane" overlooking the ocean. Generations of people, young and old, have enjoyed their ice creams (40 flavors), made with the finest natural ingredients from the Basque country. It's hard to choose between the ice creams, sorbets and the house specialty, the Krakada, the must-have waffle made with vanilla and sourdough brioche dough, topped with apricot, raspberry or strawberry marmalade, dark chocolate sauce or hazelnut chocolate.
