Located 13 km from Sarreguemines, the village of Wittring developed at the foot of a hill in a loop of the Saar. From the chapel on the hillside, you can admire the whole village as well as the Saar and the Saar Canal. The village has the particularity of having a port with a harbour master's office (06 10 02 32 71). It has 12 pitches with water, electricity, picnic area and restaurant. Harbour master's office: the port of Wittring is also the second site of the nautical club l'Eau Reine de Sarremingues, whose objective is to develop yachting activities in the valley. A very bucolic site.
