(The Corbières) Land of stone, rocks and winds, the Corbières bordered to the west and north by the Aude, to the south by the Fenouillèdes and to the east by the Mediterranean, keep the traces of a turbulent geological history. The Mediterranean climate is dry, sunny and warm, which favours the long cycles of the vine. The wind of the dry and healthy north-west, very present throughout the year, allows the Vignoble vineyard to avoid excessive treatments. This landscape, enriched by the work of men for millennia, has shaped the country and has given wines rich in colour, with generous and powerful taste, the nuances of fruit, leather and Mediterranean scents - thyme, genêt, anise - and unique by their diversity. Classified as a AOC AOC since 1985, this wine is now the first AOC in Languedoc and the fourth in France.
