Bordeaux Smoked Salmon has been known on organic and regional markets for more than 10 years. Today the brand is located at the Barrière de Pessac. This family-owned company has drawn its know-how in Canada from ancestral techniques. Production is manual, smoking is carried out by rope with beech sawdust. Salmon and trout are carefully selected and arrivals are weekly. The shop also sells oysters, caviar and sturgeon rillettes from Neuvic in the Dordogne, snails from Gujan-Mestras, Spanish anchovies, bonito and sardines from Portugal, etc
