Open every day from 8am to 8pm. Store and online sales (home delivery within 24h for online purchases). Delivery possible (online store). Canelé format Gros : 0,75 € ; format Lunch : 0,55 € ; format bouchée : 0,45 €.
Owner's Message
Available in different sizes, the Canelé adapts to both relaxing and festive moments. The Gros (60g) is ideal as a dessert and can be accompanied by a tasty English custard or red fruit coulis. The Lunch (30g) can be enjoyed as a delicacy with coffee or at tea time. The Bouchée (17g) is a perfect fit for cocktails and parties.
For the more greedy, La Toque Cuivrée also offers tourtière, gâteaux basques, caramels (toffee) with bits of Canelés and verrines (small glass jars) of Canelés with rum syrup!

카눌레는 세 개에 1.45유로로 개당 1천 원도 안 했던 셈이라 확실히 한국에서 파는 것보다 훨씬 저렴하다. 애초에 사이즈가 작은 디저트지만 작은 거, 큰 거 두 사이즈를 판매한다.
포장을 뜯어 집으니 카눌레의 겉은 캐러멜라이징 된 느낌이라 살짝 찐득했으며 동시에 딱딱했다. 단단하다기보단 바삭거림에 가까운 그런 딱딱함이었고 한입 맛보니 역시 바삭했다.
속은 꽉 차지 않아 기포가 확연히 보였는데 그래서인지 푹 꺼질 정도로 쫀득했다. 럼이 들어갔는지 굉장히 달달하면서 술맛이 나 셰리 또는 포트 와인과 페이링하면 어울릴 거 같다.
