A true Bordeaux emblem dating back to the 16th century, the canelé is a vanilla and rum-scented pastry with a soft center and a crispy, caramelized shell. If you'd like to try some excellent canelés, we recommend a visit to one of our stores, where you can choose from three different sizes. You can also indulge in other specialties such as apple and prune tourtière, or Bordelais almond or chocolate.

Open every day from 8am to 8pm. Delivery available. Canelé Bouchée : 0,45 € ; canelé Lunch : 0,55 € ; canelé Gros : 0,75 €. Meal vouchers available.

Et même meilleurs que ceux de l'enseigne la plus connue, pour beaucoup moins cher (ce qui ne gâche rien). Une valeur sûre.
Le grand cannelé à 0.70€. Des variantes existent, au prix cependant assez élevé, avec divers additifs comme glace, chocolat etc... ce qui me parait superflus
