Sturia caviar, the brand of France's leading caviar producer Sturgeon, is produced with respect for the environment and the animal. Its different ranges of caviars, namely Baerii, Osciètre and Beluga, are produced and refined in Nouvelle-Aquitaine, in Gironde and Charente-Maritime to be precise, from fish eggs also raised locally. In the Bordeaux boutique, you'll find all the brand's caviars, as well as delicatessen products (tarama, bottarga, sturgeon rillettes...) and tasting accessories.
