The village of Servance is home to the Saut de l'Ognon waterfall, just a stone's throw from the Vosges peaks and the Alsace balloon. It is said that the village was built on the site of a lake that a lord had drained in order to find his daughter, who had drowned there. It's a perfect starting point for walks: for example, you can follow the D133 to Miellin. From there, it's best to continue on foot to take the forest road that climbs towards the Vosges. You'll then find a well-marked path that joins the beautiful D16 (Col des Croix-Col du Ballon), and another that joins the GR59 and climbs to the Ballon de Servance and the Ballon d'Alsace.
