Colombé-le-Sec is a pretty little wine village organized around its 12th and 16th century church. It is famous for having sheltered the cellar of the monks of the abbey of Clairvaux, which took again its letters of nobility, since one makes champagne there again. As such, you should know that the town was considered the richest in France a few years ago, probably in connection with the age of the population and its wine heritage. Classified as a historical monument and dating from the 16th century, it can be visited during the heritage days. To see, a very beautiful circular wash-house to discover in this flowery village.
