Between two factories and a warehouse, this workshop, where you can park easily, has the right taste to make us forget its surroundings as soon as the door has been crossed. Here, the quality of the reception is not a vain word - moreover, the Butcher Shop is a signatory of the Quality Tourism Charter, Service in Mind, rare for a restaurant - and it is a whole team, around the excellent Jacqueline and Christian - the latter in the kitchen - which folds in four to serve us with a smile and with respect for our own. Other pleasures of the Atelier, large well-composed salads, chicken fillets in the form of nuggets served with homemade ketchup or a mixed grill to taste all meats. Fish to vary pleasures with a tartare of fresh tuna and salmon, ginger and citronella. A minute vacherin and an imperative stick to rum and fresh seasonal fruit to finish.
