A wood-fired oven provides pleasant warmth in this temple to good food. Meat is the specialty here! Prime rib, entrecôte, lamb mouse flambéed in front of the customer are the signature dishes, as is the sweetbread and morel mushroom croustade with cream sauce. A true delight. All dishes and side dishes are prepared with fresh, local ingredients. Remember to save room for market cheeses and homemade desserts. The service is attentive and the wine list features Pilat winemakers.
