Since 2003, it is Sébastien Genovesi who runs the Domaine du Bagnol. He took over from the Fesques family who created the domain in 1867. The vineyards spread over hectares are ideally placed. Bergerie in 1909 and owned by the Gilpin family until 2011, the Vivonne estate is now in the hands of Michel Benhaim, a renowned dealer in the region for over 30 years. Independent winemaker, he cultivates his 25 hectares of vineyards, classified for half in bandol and for the other on shore-de-provence, respecting the principles of a reasoned agriculture. No synthesizing, no loosening, no watering, dripping, fully manual harvesting and a maintenance of the picks: the recipe, it seems, to obtain high quality nectars. Beaurenard is one of the jewels in the crown of Châteauneuf-du-Pape in organic culture. She also supervises the Clos Jasmin at the foot of the Sainte-Victoire mountain and the Hermitage de Saint-Pons in Figanières, a property acquired in 2003.

Pauline and Jules Autard, now alongside their father Jean-Paul, are the^fifth generation of this family of winegrowers whose estate, located between Courthézon and Châteauneuf-du-Pape, has been recognized and awarded for several years for its white and red wines. Of the 30 hectares of hand-harvested vineyards, about ten are in the Châteauneuf-du-Pape appellation, the rest are in Côtes du Rhône and Vin de Pays de Méditerranée. From the tasting room, you can see the barrels lined up under the low vaults of a superb cellar.

In 1717, Count François de Castellanne, Chevalier Marquis d'Ampuis, land lord of Vacqueyras and its terroirs, donated a plot of vines to an ancestor of the Arnoux family: Pierre Bovis. Since that day, the tradition of the vine and the wine continues. It was Aimé Arnoux who gave this new impetus. Since then, the House has been run successively by his two sons. Today, the vineyard at the foot of the Dentelles de Montmirail extends over 40 hectares. A wide choice of vintages is on sale, including the Organic Collection.

Created in 1951, this family vineyard extends over 7 hectares, mainly composed of terraces on the side of the Couronne de Charlemagne massif. A terroir that gives whites and rosés mineral, ample and well-balanced notes. White white and red wines also have a great reserve. This estate now covers 200 hectares (a third of the surface area dedicated to grape growing in Arles!). The estate is located in a paradisiacal place between Jouques and Rians, at four hundred meters of altitude. Created in 1913, Les caves du Commandeur are more than a century old! This farm, freshly certified High Environmental Value,is located in the middle of green Provence. Spread over the AOP Côtes-de-Provence and IGP Var appellations, the vineyard is worked with a deep respect for the environment. With the Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon and Grenache grape varieties for the reds, Syrah, Grenache and Cinsault for the rosés, and Rolle for the whites, the nectars obtained are fine and elegant.

This vineyard in organic agriculture extends over 105 ha of small terraced plots. Owned by the Audibert family for five generations, it is the oldest wine estate in Lambesc. The wines are reputed to be aromatic, structured and powerful: exceptional reds, fine whites and elegant rosés. The cellar is installed in a former 17th century coaching inn. A wine cooperative born in 1913, the Cellar de La Crau offers you a wide range of Wines from Countries, Côtes de Provence in red, rosé and white, wines of grape varieties or wines, as well as sparkling wines, wines of aperitif and champagnes. This property, which dates back to 1610, changed owners only three times since. In 1879 the three estates - Grand'Boise, Cabassude and Les Brunets - were unified to form the actual estate. Today, it is a former doctor who keeps it all. The growing is chemical free. The wines are divided into three main categories : the vintage Olympe  (3 colours), Sainte Victoire  (rosé  and red wine), the vintage Mazarine, oak aged (red and white) and reserved for vintage wines. Fabulous ! Do not miss, either, the Jadis, a white wine elaborated with old vineyards with a surprising grain. Finally, the best  is called "1610" in reference to the beginning of the exploitation of this estate. As for the mulled wine, you absolutely have to  try it. The new owner also gave back to life the work of olive oil with a grove of 800 olive trees spread over 3 hectares. La Maison Grand Boise, shop of the Estate, in Rousset, on the N7 road, offers wines from the Estate, but also from other regions, local provencal products, of France and elsewhere as well as a space dedicated to decoration. Patricia and Joël Jacquet cultivate their 15 hectares of vines in the rules of art and respect of nature, in the heart of the comtadine plain. Their vines, certified "organic" by Quality France labels for organic farming, and Demeter for biodynamie, are scattered among truffle oaks, pines and garrigue. This is a superb estate that extends over 100 hectares, with a majestic entrance, French gardens, a cloister with Carrara marble columns, an orange grove, an olive grove, a 400 square metre reception hall, a sumptuous cellar, real underground cathedral excavated at 20 metres below ground and which required 4 years works, with arches and circus tents, that you can reach by a 52 steps staircase. Sylvain Massa, the owner, wants to make his vineyard a very high standard, with strong identity vintage wines. The latest of the range, in rosé and red, is called Château Bisson. This estate also breeds pure-bred from Lusitano, and opens its doors to artists of different horizons, sculptors, painters or photographers and regularly organises many events.

This castle overlooks the eponymous hill with a breathtaking view. After major renovation work on the building, extension and modernisation of the cellars, and rehabilitation of the vineyard, the estate has become a highly sought-after venue for receptions. Here, the rosés, with their wild rose scent, are made from a blend of Braquet, Cinsault and Grenache. They can be tasted during guided tours of the estate, the gardens, the vat room and the barrel cellar, with explanations of the grape varieties, the flavours and how to match them with dishes.

The Moulin de la Roque is in fact four vineyards managed as a single entity. Created in 1950, it was created thanks to the will of some growers to concentrate on the production of Bandol, a name born, let us remember, in 1941. At the time there was only one production of Bandol in the region. In several decades, the Moulin has so far gone! Since April 2011, it has a building of 3,200 m ² in the plain between Le Castellet and La Cadière d 'Azur: 1,600 m ² semi-buried which allow harmonious integration in an exceptional site and 1,600 m ² on the ground floor. This building is composed of a sales vault, administrative offices, the cuvership, oak barrels for the rearing of red wines and a storage area. The vineyards of the Moulin de La Roque and its 1,500 plots are divided into the 8 municipalities of the appellation: Bandol, La Cadière-d 'Azur, Le Castellet, Saint-Cyr-sur-Mer, Le Beausset, Evenos, Ollioules and Sanary-sur-Mer. His wines have been rewarded many times, gold palm in our view for the Anareth wine. In the 2018 Paris General Agricultural Contest, the cellar won a silver medal for the Moulin de la Roque 2017 rosé, and a silver medal for the Red Tarente 2014.

It is a long history of wine growers who have been long-lasting in the Estienne. Edouard Estienne, one of the founders of the Bandol appellation, was assisted by his son Jules who carried out the first harvest in 1941. Then Freddy took over and today it was his daughter Anne and his team who exploited, always under the watchful eye of Father, the 25 hectares of the estate, a land while restanques small areas, south-east exposure. Red wine originated mainly from the famous king grape, le, associated with Grenache and cinsault. The menu changes every week. The service is at the same time attentive and smiling. Cherry on olive: dinners jazz and other gourmet and cultural meetings regularly programmed.

Well known in the world of wine growing, this 5 ha estate produces mostly the famous AOC Vins de Bellet, one of the smallest vineyards in France. Bellet is a rare wine from the south of France, which you can discover at the domaine de la source, in the form of visits and tastings for the connoisseurs. In addition to that, the Dalmasso family also owns some olive trees on the hillside. They produce a typical and tasty Nice PDO oil, with a ripe fruitiness and packaged in small bottles (20 cl and 50 cl).

The Bernard family farm has existed since the end of the 1800s and has been handed down from generation to generation.

After several decades of mixed farming, it was in the 1950s that the grandfather favoured the cultivation of vines. Jacques, his son, began to develop the wine estate by planting numerous plots of vines... In 2008 the first vintage of Domaine La Ligière was born. The vineyard is mainly composed of Grenache, Syrah and Mourvèdre vines, with an average age of about 50 years, and covers 50 hectares of organic farming.

The Château d'Hugues belonged to the Pradier family from 1869 to 1988. Since 2017, it has been under the control of Grégory Payan, who had been the estate's vineyard manager for ten years. Today, the production is in the image of the estate: small quantity but high quality. Difficult then to choose, even if the palate still claims this "Orée des Collines"; power, balance, structure and length for this very pleasant wine - the cuvée has passed through the Côtes-du-Rhône-Villages Massif d'Uchaux). The Grande Réserve Côtes-du-Rhône rouge also deserves a big detour.

Since 1990, Frédéric Penne has run the family estate, which he inherited from his grandparents. 31 ha under sustainable viticulture in Sainte-Cécile, Plan de Dieu and Cairanne. The main grape variety is Grenache, to which he adds Counoise, Syrah, Mourvèdre and Cinsault. The blends produce Côtes-du-Rhône wines in all 3 colors: the white as an aperitif, the fruity rosé, the color of winter sunshine, very pleasant on the palate and a perfect accompaniment to summer grilled meats, while the reds are excellent wines for laying down. Moun Pantaï means my dream in Provençal. What happiness!

Created in 1990 by Jean-Claude Chasson, the vineyard extends over 70 ha: 23 ha at the foot of the ochre cliffs of Roussillon in the AOC Ventoux appellation, 22 ha spread between Bonnieux, Lacoste and Maubec in the AOC Luberon appellation, and 5 ha of Vaucluse vins de pays harvested from young vines. Combining modern techniques with ancestral winemaking methods, the vineyard produces renowned wines: AOC Luberon Domaine Chasson in all three colors.

Château La Martinette, one of the oldest wine estates in the region, founded in 1620, has undergone a complete metamorphosis. Today, the estate represents 45 hectares of vines in organic conversion, preserved by 350 hectares of forests, olive trees, lavender and terraces.

Driven by the energy and commitment of a team of around twenty young but experienced people, Château La Martinette offers a quality of products, recognised in particular by the various awards obtained for its Côtes de Provence wines, in an elegant and relaxed environment with a unique and remarkable natural beauty.

In addition to restoring the olive grove and truffle fields to life, the estate's team wanted to create top-of-the-range wines, capable of accurately expressing their uniqueness and the terroir from which they come, by restructuring the vineyard, completely renovating the cellar and revising the visual identity. Freshness and balance are the order of the day with whites, reds and rosés full of clear, fine and complex aromas, which can be found in three ranges: Les Parcellaires, Château la Martinette and Rollier de la Martinette.

Situated south of the Luberon massif, almost on the banks of the Durance, this 54-hectare vineyard set in a beautiful estate has belonged to the Descours family since 1981. Château La Verrerie is one of the jewels in the appellation's crown. Small yields, manual harvesting, gravity-fed vinification...: extreme care is taken in the production of the wines to ensure total control over their quality. The wines are produced in all three colors. La Verrerie also produces olive oils in three fruity varieties: black, ripe and green.

Oenologist and wine grower family, Gilles elaborates a small but very qualitative production of côtes-du-ventoux. It is a local wine that cannot be kept and can be enjoyed in the summer months. The white wine surprises by its floral aromas, the rosé elaborated in direct pressing, with a pretty orange pink colour and a nice freshness, opens on a nice bouquet of fruity notes. The red Ventoux is rich in the mouth and reveals pleasant spicy aromas. The Vin de Pays 100% Viognier, very pleasant. A typical address where you will find a perfect combination of welcome, pleasure and price.

Created in 1923 by a handful of wine growers, the Cave du Luberon is still maintained by passionate enthusiasts. The vineyard extends on the sunny slopes of the municipalities around Maubec. The philosophy here is to maintain traditional vinification from typical grape varieties in the region: Grenache, syrah, carignan, mourvèdre, cinsault. The winery produces two names "PDO Luberon" and "PDO Ventoux", wines from Vaucluse countries and table wine in red, rosé and white.

The Sainte-Roseline castle is a very old abbey from the 12th century. Roseline, daughter of the Marquis de Villeneuve, Lord of Les Arcs, mother prioress from 1300 to 1329, made a strong impression on the local population with her generosity, and it was quite natural that the place inherited its name. Site where one of the first vineyards in France was created in the 14th century by Pope John XXII. An orientation that lasted until Baron Henri Rasque de Laval, the previous owner, before Bernard Teillaud bought the estate in 1994. Year after year, he metamorphosed it, orienting its production towards quality wines in all three colours and opening its doors to art and culture with numerous events and concerts. Since 2007, his daughter Aurélie has been running the estate, as well as the Château des Demoiselles at La Motte, accompanied by Christophe Bernard, general manager and oenologist. The red "Chapelle", red "Prieure" and "Château Sainte-Roseline" vintages, "Le Cloître de Sainte-Roseline" and "Lampe de Méduse" are regularly awarded in their different vintages and colours, and have won medals in Mâcon, at the Concours des Vins de Provence, at the Concours Général Agricole de Paris, at the Concours des Vignerons Indépendants in Saint-Tropez. A special cuvée Lampe de Méduse 2019 dressed by Christian Lacroix will be marketed in 2020. This Cru Classé estate is a real cultural bridge. It is also one of the pioneering estates in wine tourism.

Roland Sicardi, a retired restaurant owner, and his son-in-law Joseph Sergi have taken over the vineyard to rejuvenate and expand it, always seeking quality through the expression of the grape varieties and their terroir, all the while fiercely defending the specificity of the Bellet cru. The white wine (made from the rolle grape variety) is vinified in oak barrels and is only released for sale after 18 months. As for the red, it waits two years. Through the rosé, one can recognize the Braquet grape variety which gives it a specific salmon colour.

Le Clos Saint Vincent offers Bellet wines on a vineyard spread over six hectares. A Bio and reasoned viniculture method has been put in place to preserve and respect nature. According to a lunar calendar, plant preparations (ornamental tisanes…), animal (compost of manure…) or mineral (bent silica) are applied on vineyards. Thanks to a unique land and climate, Clos Saint-Vincent produces excellent wines in black black grape, braquet or rolle, for various red, rosé or white wines. But that is not everything: The area also offers an olive oil of the midday sun, as well as spirits.

Aurélie Teillaud's property covers 300 hectares, of which 72 hectares are under vine. Having belonged to the Grimaldi family, ancestors of the princes of Monaco, it was bought in 2005 by her father Bernard Teillaud. The technical and oenological contributions of Château Sainte-Roseline (another property of^Mrs. Teillaud) quickly bore fruit. Two very tasty vintages are available in the three colors. Each year, the vintages win their share of awards. The charming guest house won the silver medal in 2019 at the Trophées de l'Oenotourisme.

Located in a beautiful setting at the foot of Alpilles, Domaine des Terres Blanches has been cultivated in organic farming since its creation. Ask for some explanations at the estate (5-minute drive from the centre of Saint-Rémy towards Eygalières). And then, since you are there, you will be tempted by a free tasting within the brandnew wine shop where Isabelle and Jennifer wait for you. A vault with fancy decoration where noble materials mix together: wood, metal... You will also find on the spot a selection of local products.
