The white wine (made from the rolle grape variety) is vinified in oak barrels and is only released for sale after 18 months. As for the red, it waits two years. Through the rosé, one can recognize the Braquet grape variety which gives it a specific salmon colour.

Having belonged to the Grimaldi family, ancestors of the princes of Monaco, it was bought in 2005 by her father Bernard Teillaud. The technical and oenological contributions of Château Sainte-Roseline (another property ofMrs. Teillaud) quickly bore fruit. Two very tasty vintages are available in the three colors. Each year, the vintages win their share of awards. The charming guest house won the silver medal in 2019 at the Trophées de l'Oenotourisme.
