Situated on an ancestral land at the foot of the Massif de L'Estérel, where vines have been cultivated for over 230 years, the Domaine extends over 1350 hectares of garrigue, maquis and forest. The rolle, clairette, syrah and cinsault grape varieties take root in a draining volcanic soil: Rhyolite. From harvest to vinification, all our wines are handcrafted and organically produced. Guided tours of the vineyard and tastings of confidential cuvées are organized throughout the year with the help of the vineyard manager.

The estate, certified organic Ecocert since 2014, covers 120 hectares, where 36 hectares of vines are planted on clay-limestone soil on the bottom, very stony at the foot of the hill. The wines produced here are natural, without yeast, enzymes or chemicals. The range consists of 4 vintages in AOP Coteaux d'Aix-en-Provence and IGP Coteaux du Verdon: Bob Singlar, les Monges, septentrionales and OVNI 100% Nat. The wines are fresh, unique, carefully worked by the teams of the Mongestine, in the respect of the soil, the nature and the environment.

Bruno and Ellen Seignez, joined today by their children Arthur and Laure, welcome you to their vineyard built on an old field where sheep used to graze. In a natural and authentic environment, this passionate couple has chosen sustainable agriculture. Today, a new valley of twelve hectares, "Les pierres blanches", planted with vines and olive trees, has been added to the domain, hosting numerous beehives that produce excellent mountain and lavender honeys, to be discovered at the cellar at the same time as the wines.

Domaine de l'Allamande is a 115-hectare family estate located in Cuers, in the golden triangle of the Côtes de Provence. Taken over by the Quiroga family in 2013, the estate produces authentic, elegant wines with respect for the environment, as evidenced by its ongoing conversion to organic farming. Vincent Quiroga, the 8th generation of young winemakers, is committed to perpetuating the family winegrowing tradition. The wines express the estate's different terroirs, from the schists of Pierrefeu to the slopes of Allamande. It's the ideal place to find terroir wines full of value.

The estate, created in 1974, located at the gateway to the Verdon National Park, extends its 200-hectare vineyard in a sumptuous natural cirque. Developed by the Dieudonné family in the 2000s, it has become the largest estate in the AOC Coteaux Varois appellation in Provence. In 2017, Pascal Debon took over and invested in state-of-the-art equipment to make gourmet and delicate wines. Since July 2019, the estate has been home to the Cantarelle distillery, a Provence gin made exclusively from Provence grapes.

It is a beautiful wine estate that produces gourmet wines, but also quality olive oils. Planted on a hill and bordered by the via Domitia, Dalmeran is a magnificent property, on which Grenache, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cinsault are happily grown. The welcome by the owners is pleasant. They are obviously passionate people who like to share their passion and of course the product of their work. Same thing for the olive oils, declined in green and black. A nice visit in perspective.

Covering an area of 15 ha, Domaine Les Mûriers is planted with AOP Côteaux Varois en Provence vines. The first rosé wine was produced in 2021, and since 2022, rosé and white wines have been available. Grenache, Syrah, Cinsault and Rolle grapes are used for the rosés, while the white is 100% single-varietal Rolle. The domaine's wines are full of character. The rosé is almost gastronomic on the palate, while the white is lively and taut. Alexis, who works on the estate, is studying for an oenology certificate at the Université du Vin in Suze-la-Rousse, Vaucluse.

This estate includes a 90-hectare vineyard that produces wines of various grape varieties, classified as IGP Alpilles or AOP Coteaux-d'Aix-en-Provence. Nineteen grape varieties perfectly adapted to the stony soils are cultivated. All the wines are certified organic. The cellar is equipped with two concrete egg-shaped vats to perfect the maturation of the exceptional Ludovic Dacla white and rosé wines. His 30-hectare olive grove, also cultivated organically, allows the production of the different varieties of the AOP Vallée-des-Baux-de-Provence.

The AOC Palette is one of the most confidential in France (40 ha in total).The vineyard of Château Crémade extends over 9 ha, at the foot of the Sainte-Victoire mountain. The wines express the richness of the terroir and the know-how of this winegrower, in organic culture. The red and the rosé are made from a blend of grenache, syrah, cabernet-sauvignon, durif, castet, brown fourcat... There are 16 grape varieties in the red and 10 in the white, which is unique in France. Some of these varieties have even disappeared elsewhere. The wines are regularly awarded gold medals.

Frédéric and Daniel Brunier assert their know-how on their estate, which covers 70 hectares of vines that are an average of 60 years old, by supporting the principles of sustainable agriculture. "Our vocation is to produce wines of the terroir rather than wines made to order, wines for eating rather than tasting, wines whose final quality is only as good as the noble means used to obtain it. All that remains is to taste.

After more than a decade of work, the Domaine de Lauzières (on the D 24, 6 km from Mouriès) gradually restored its past chandelier. A loyal clientele of ecnophiles, haute gastronomy, hotel and specialized press make it honor. In a wild valley, between cultures of olive trees and pines of Alep, 31 hectares of grape varieties of the Midi - syrah and mourned - are cultivated and old grenaches of remarkable finesse. Great red of the Baux, the cuvée Solstice is a wine with silky tannins, perfumed with licorice. In addition, the field gradually puts in place organic farming, and has been certified biodynamic since 2015.

It is discovered on the small road from Beaumes to Caromb. The estate is an enchantment for the eyes and the palate. Christian and his wife are first and foremost farmers who make you discover their land, their way of working, their passions: truffles and wine. Christian is waiting for you, adorned with two bags: one for the harvest and the other with biscuits to reward the artist: the dog. Both of them will guide you in a truffle field and make you discover the art of truffle digging. Once the demonstration is over, toasts with truffled butter, olive oil sprinkled with truffle chips and the glass of friendship are served. A good moment of sharing. Situated on the first foothills of the Luberon, in a sublime landscape, this imposing fortified residence belonged in the 16th century to the Aix parliamentarian Malherbes. In 2004, Nathalie and Albert Souzan bought this ancestral wine estate. On the 22-hectare estate, it is Nathalie who, after training in Suze-la-Rousse, has taken on the exciting role of winegrower. Very well supported by the whole family, the harvest and bottling follow one another. The labels are conjugated in I, You, Her, Us, They, in the three colours.

The estate covers 28 ha at the foot of the Luberon mountain. It is a very special terroir, limestone, sand and stones, on which vines were already cultivated in Gallo-Roman times. Domaine La Garelle produces red, white and rosé Côtes du Luberon AOP and Vins de Pays de Vaucluse. The cellars are air-conditioned and the pneumatic press takes care of the grapes. The average age of the vines is 25 years in AOC, and 15 years in Vins de Pays. Alain Audet, an agricultural engineer, has all the cards in hand to make the best wines!

Cousin of the Domaine Chante Cigale, this estate consists of two properties: 15 ha in Châteauneuf-du-Pape and 28 ha on the right bank of the Rhône, la Chapelle-de-Maillac, in the Gard department. Some vines are more than 50 years old, others more than 80! The estate's reputation is due in part to a cuvée (well named) from a hundred-year-old parcel, Le Secret des Sabon, sold only by reservation and whose information remains well guarded by the family. The estate also has old vintages and magnums sold by the drop...

The estate, a former ^12th-century convent, extends over 36 hectares, 25 of which are cultivated with vines, the rest being forest and garrigue. Guy Jullien and his son Thomas produce organically grown wines in three colors: AOC Beaumes-de-Venise red, with good ageing potential; Côtes-du-Rhône red and white; and Côtes-du-Ventoux red and rosé. Aureto is the 5-star Coquillade Village Relais & Châteaux wine estate. The 36 ha of vines are cultivated using integrated farming methods in AOP Ventoux and AOP Luberon. The cellar, equipped with a stainless steel vat room and a barrel cellar, enables us to vinify in the best possible conditions. The quality of the wines is the property's primary objective, which is reflected in the numerous medals and citations in the best wine guides. The tasting cellar is the ideal place to discover the cuvées, which are named after the wind (Autan, Tramontane, Maestrale...).

The Domaine de la Royère has been in the Hugues family for several generations. But it was in 1988 that Anne and Jean-Pierre Hugues decided to recreate a wine heritage. The first vintage was vinified the same year. The 32 hectares of vines, the oldest of which are a hundred years old, are spread over three terroirs around Oppède and Oppède-le-Vieux, cultivated using sustainable agriculture, limited yields and manual harvesting. The L'oppidum cuvée, a Côtes du Luberon A.O.C. rosé, is vinified by direct pressing.

In place of Forbin de Janson, for those who know it, you'll now find the Domaine des Jardinettes roadside sign between Villelaure and Pertuis. The estate covers some 30 hectares, with a dozen grape varieties, mainly syrah, merlot, muscat petits grains, grenache and white grenache. The Domaine's wines are all organically grown (certified ECORCET FR - bio - 01; 30) and come in 3 colors, 2 bottled ranges and 1 bag-in-box range. Take a tour of the cellar, where you can taste the Cuvée Caprices de Jade, for example, and fill your basket with local products beautifully presented in a small delicatessen section.

It's an estate handed down from generation to generation, in a privileged location. It includes the winery, the Musée des Arts et des Métiers du Vin (Museum of the Arts and Crafts of Wine). This is an opportunity to discover monumental antique wine presses and old wine-making equipment, a reception room and a gîte in a 1750 dwelling. Overlooked by the Mourre Nègre, the 18-hectare vineyard is grouped in a single block around the winery. The result is traditional red wines with a strong personality, concentrated and well-balanced. This is a prestigious area, just kilometres northwest of Aix. Pont-Royal Castle was built in the th century by the ancestors of the family. At the time, the master's house, the royal post relay and the hostel were used to serve wine from the area. Today, the vineyard stretches over 13 hectares and the operators, Jacques Alfred and Sylvette Investors, surrounded by their three children, vinifient their wines by focusing on revealing the aromas of the year in a perfect balance between colours, scents and flavours. The low yields and the small area of the vineyard make their vintage products rare and high-end. Result: two fabulous vintages (Grand Crus Prestige and Cuvée) with reds, rosé and the label organic quality agriculture France. The area hosts seminars, receptions and weddings.

Since 1806, six generations have succeeded one another at the head of this estate, which has the specificity of collecting old vintages in white and red. The main house has a vaulted part from the 16th century and the cellar, built at the end of the 18th century, has kept its original framework. The excellent AOP Côtes-de-Provence wines are produced in all three colours, notably the top wines of the Clarendon range. This 23-hectare Coteaux-d'Aix-en-Provence PDO estate, owned by Denis Alibert, was built on the ruins of the second largest known Roman wine-growing villa to date (it must have been 8,000^m2 at the time). It produces white, red and rosé wines (three vintages for each colour), more or less dry, more or less fruity, more or less mellow: taste and make your choice! Sébastien Le Ber, owner-harvest, cultivates vines without herbicides, chemical fertilizers or insecticide.

Nestled in the early foothills of the Moors, this vineyard turned to the sea has preserved its charm of yesteryear. The cuvée-du-baguier already features many famous restaurants and famous palaces.

This area with its 17 hectares of vineyards makes organic, biodynamic (label AB and Demeter), where the organic resources are made from a compost from a pig farm in the open air. Wines (red, rosé, white), classified in AOC-de-Provence, affirm all the potential of the land. The area also rents three rural shelters from two to seven.

This great estate of the Côtes-de-Provence appellation, created in 1900, was reborn from its ashes in 1998, and extends over 130 hectares between Gassin and Ramatuelle. The wine estate of the Matton-Farnet family includes an authentic Provençal property, dating from the 18th century, a chapel and a Napoleon III building. Château Minuty is surrounded by 60 hectares in one piece on schistose limestone soils, completed by 80 hectares on clay-limestone soil in Vidauban and 20 hectares on the slopes of Valderian in Ramatuelle with a superb view of the Bay of Pampelonne. 4 ranges, in the 3 colors, are offered, including "Gold", the emblematic Minuty, vintages that are distinguished by their naturalness.

In a prestigious setting, the château opens its doors to share its culture, its viticultural heritage and to tell the atypical story of its vines and its wines. Since 2000, Julie Ortet has continued to operate this 21-hectare domain, which is steeped in history, modernised in 1998 by Jacques and Bernadette Ortet-Kester. The wines of AOC-var-en-Provence and wines of Var countries, in the three colours, are developed in a traditional way and are for sale in the cellar, as well as different products from the land, olive oil, quenelle, anchoïade… The red wine "Manual Harvest 2006" was selected by the guide Hachette of wines 2010.

Created in 2003, this magnificent wine estate in the heart of green Provence is, since 2011, the property of Gilles Pedini, a native of Nice and above all an epicurean in love with the region. With the help of his talented cellar master, he has been able to restore the estate's reputation for excellence: uprooting and replanting of the vines, always in constant evolution, increased rigour in the work in the vineyard and in the vinification process, limiting the environmental footprint. It should be noted that the estate has obtained level 3 High Environmental Value (HVE) certification.

Culminating at an altitude of 380 meters, this territory of 600 hectares, including nearly 9 hectares of olive trees and 31 hectares of vines, benefits from 3 natural water springs feeding the domain which extends over the two appellations, coteaux-varois-en-provence and côtes-de-provence. In an exceptional setting, Château Saint-Julien d'Aille extends over 172 hectares, between vineyards, pine forests and olive groves, set against the foothills of the Massif des Maures and bathed by the River Aille. The precious sandy-clay terroir with quartz on the slopes, where the sunshine favors good ripening, produces excellent grape quality. The combination of organic farming and cutting-edge technology contributes to the production of some of the finest, most elegant and aromatic AOC Côtes de Provence wines, which regularly win medals at the most prestigious competitions. The vinothèque awaits you to discover the château and taste its wines: Cuvée Triumvir in red and white, Cuvée Imperator and Cuvée Saint-Julien in red, rosé and white.

Owned by the Paquette family since 1952, this AOP Côtes-de-Provence-Fréjus vineyard is today managed by Jérôme, a graduate oenologist from the Bordeaux Institute, assisted by his daughter Claire, also an oenologist, in the respect of the authenticity of the terroir. The grape variety is composed of grenache, mourvèdre, syrah, tibouren and rolle. It gives expressive wines, like the Osmose rosé born in 2011, a harmony of tibouren and grenache vinified in oak barrels. We also recommend its little brother, the white Osmose, born the following year.

Owned by Roger Zannier since 2011, the estate has about 100 hectares of vineyards. A true wine enthusiast, he has turned this Provencal terroir into a renowned vineyard with gastronomic vintages that produces 90% rosé, 5% white and 5% red. His latest vintage is distinguished by a very high level of quality, like the Clos de Capelune rosé and Excellence rosé 2021, gold medal at the Provence wine competition, as well as at the Terre de vins competition.

The estate covers 80 hectares, including 20 hectares of vines, at the foot of the Pilon Saint-Clément massif. Half of the vineyard is planted with old grape varieties - between 20 and 50 years old - such as grenache, cinsault, and ugni blanc, and the other half with recent grape varieties, such as syrah, semillon, and rolle. The AOP coteaux-varois-en-provence wines are made in a high-tech press, then in thermo-regulated vats, before being aged and preserved for the reds in the tuns room. For several years, the vineyard has been using organic farming methods.

Peirecèdes is a family history since 1900. The estate, located in the Côtes-de-Provence Pierrefeu appellation, respects the environment and is now part of the organic farming process. In its tasting cellar, the Baccino family offers traditional bottled wines, but also barrel-aged wines, magnums and gift ideas.
