The first plantations of the olive grove of Thierry Olivier, which counts 3 800 trees, date from 1988. The artisanal oil produced is unique in the world, with a blend of 14 varieties of green fruit. In the store, you can buy the products of the domain, oil of course, but also tapenade, Provencal aperitifs, honey from Draguignan, cooked wines, aniseed-flavored aperitifs, cookies from Sainte-Maxime, jams, vinegar and flavored salts. Two cottages are also at your disposal.

Opening time and information on DOMAINE LA PIERRE PLANTÉE

Free admission for adults and children. Parking. From April 15 to September 30: open Tuesday to Friday from 10am to 12pm and from 2:30pm to 6pm. Visit from April 15 to June 30 + September on Fridays at 10am sharp. July and August : Tuesdays and Fridays at 10am sharp (call the day before to confirm).
