His cheese factory and his hard work were quickly recognized by the French Culinary Academy. His singular cheese trays and boxes seduce by their originality and their playfulness, and allow you to discover, among a selection of 200 cheeses mostly made from raw milk and produced in the purest tradition, the truffled knickerbocker, homemade, or the Clacbitou, a goat cheese with a slight taste of hazelnut.

Charles, the youngest member of the Pierrugues family, has taken over the torch of this chocolate pastry known since 1920 and to whom we owe in particular the no sugar added chocolate and the "Maximoise". Today, the master chocolate maker stands out by expanding his range of chocolates with original and exotic notes and by making his own home-made ice creams and sorbets made from fresh fruit. Fine pastries can be enjoyed from morning to evening, facing the port of Sainte-Maxime, on the terrace of the patisserie or in the tea room.

Just a few steps from the well-named market place, in the heart of the village, the covered market awaits you to do your gourmet shopping guaranteed 100% local merchants. A nice choice of seafood products, a cheese shop, a butcher, flowers but also fruits and vegetables, a stand of the "Tarte Tropézienne" for everything that is pastry, without forgetting a wine bar for a nice moment of conviviality. The first plantations of the olive grove of Thierry Olivier, which counts 3 800 trees, date from 1988. The artisanal oil produced is unique in the world, with a blend of 14 varieties of green fruit. In the store, you can buy the products of the domain, oil of course, but also tapenade, Provencal aperitifs, honey from Draguignan, cooked wines, aniseed-flavored aperitifs, cookies from Sainte-Maxime, jams, vinegar and flavored salts. Two cottages are also at your disposal.
