For more than 100 years, the Distilleries and Domaines de Provence have been imagining and/or manufacturing aperitif or digestive specialties such as pastis, rinquinquin, farigoule (thyme liqueur) and absinthe for the most famous. Here we are talking about harvesting, stills, selection, maturity and exigency. Alcohols of character that exist nowhere else to be discovered and tasted in the store dedicated to welcoming visitors. Gold medal 2022 in Paris for the gin XII.

How to miss the Distilleries & Estates of Provence when you are in Forcalquier! You will be supris (E) by authentic flavours of these aperitifs and liqueurs including the famous pastis Bardouin (which has nothing to do with the other pastis)... In Brief stop at the shop where the friendly saleswomen will make you of course taste all the... with moderation and after I advise you to take a nap in the garden of the convent of the cordeliers!
