Created in 1923 by a handful of wine growers, the Cave du Luberon is still maintained by passionate enthusiasts. The vineyard extends on the sunny slopes of the municipalities around Maubec. The philosophy here is to maintain traditional vinification from typical grape varieties in the region: Grenache, syrah, carignan, mourvèdre, cinsault. The winery produces two names "PDO Luberon" and "PDO Ventoux", wines from Vaucluse countries and table wine in red, rosé and white.

Personnel sympathique qui connait bien les différents vins . C'est une coopérative donc les vins ne sont pas tous égaux mais le personnel est là pour nous aiguiller. Nous avons participé à une dégustation vins fromages qui était bien réussie
