The philosophy here is to maintain traditional vinification from typical grape varieties in the region: Grenache, syrah, carignan, mourvèdre, cinsault. The winery produces two names "PDO Luberon" and "PDO Ventoux", wines from Vaucluse countries and table wine in red, rosé and white.
