Situated on an ancestral land at the foot of the Massif de L'Estérel, where vines have been cultivated for over 230 years, the Domaine extends over 1350 hectares of garrigue, maquis and forest. The rolle, clairette, syrah and cinsault grape varieties take root in a draining volcanic soil: Rhyolite. From harvest to vinification, all our wines are handcrafted and organically produced. Guided tours of the vineyard and tastings of confidential cuvées are organized throughout the year with the help of the vineyard manager.

Ferrigno is the only fish cannery in the Mediterranean. Guided tours are organized from July to August by the tourist office, upon reservation. The company's know-how has been passed down through three generations, and their preserves are guaranteed to be deep-fried-free. A full range of ready-made dishes is sold in delicatessens, supermarkets and at Lou Ferrignade. You'll find canned sardines, tuna, anchovies, mussels, bisque, bouillabaisse, tuna stew... A true discovery of industrial heritage.

For over 20 years, this organic confectionery factory, in collaboration with the horticulturists of the Grasse pool of the chocolates, biscuits and sweets based on natural flavours of flowers. You trouve des sugars flavoured with pink, violet, the poppyseed, the mimosa but also confit and the frost of flowers.

The estate, certified organic Ecocert since 2014, covers 120 hectares, where 36 hectares of vines are planted on clay-limestone soil on the bottom, very stony at the foot of the hill. The wines produced here are natural, without yeast, enzymes or chemicals. The range consists of 4 vintages in AOP Coteaux d'Aix-en-Provence and IGP Coteaux du Verdon: Bob Singlar, les Monges, septentrionales and OVNI 100% Nat. The wines are fresh, unique, carefully worked by the teams of the Mongestine, in the respect of the soil, the nature and the environment.

Good bread, baked over a wood fire, prepared exclusively with leaven made from the wheat of the farmer Henri de Pazzis, in Maillane, is what this new bakery offers you, located just opposite the Alpilles Bio shop. The whole team offers you a wide choice of breads made from very pure flours, from which all the fibres that are harmful to the body have been removed. Each product is obtained after a millimetric cooking which gives it all its gustatory characteristics. Here you can eat without moderation.

Who would have thought that natural wine could be produced in the heart of Marseille? And yet, this is exactly what Nathalie Cornec has been passionately working on since 2015, in her winemaking facility near the Saint-Charles train station. A project launched long before the "natural wine" wave arrived in the Phocaean city two or three years ago. A true city dweller, Nathalie harvests in the Ardèche and Luberon regions, then vinifies in her urban cellar in Marseille. A unique case indeed. The wines are chemical-free. At the end of the day, you can come and buy your bottles.

Looking for local, seasonal fruit and vegetables? Denise and Daniel Vuillon, the founders of France's ^1st Association pour le Maintien de l'Agriculture Paysanne (Association for the preservation of small-scale farming), support the producers of the first AMAPs in PACA and many other regions. You can commit to a sustainable approach by buying baskets of fruit and vegetables over a period of time (ask for details). Elegant wine shop located near the intersection of Boulevard Périer and Rue Paradis. The space is not very large but the choice is there. A small delicatessen corner to complete a nice selection of French, Italian, Spanish red wines but also very good rosé wines for the summer. From time to time, events are organized to present this or that grape variety in the spotlight, the sidewalk is then taken over by the fine palates invited for the occasion. Note that a very nice and wide range of bubbles is on sale here, champagnes and crémants, ideal for parties and any special occasion. Olivier's advice is wise and sharp. Some wines are organic.

Cultivated in organic agriculture, the 13 ha of olive trees in the Tapi Mas domain result from acquired know-how over five generations. The PDO oil Vallée des Baux-de-Provence produced here is declined in two juices: green and black. From the end of September, you will also find at the boutique located in the centre of Mouriès, the famous green olives broken, hand picked and prepared in brine with fennel, and black olives sewn to salt, as the PDO wants. The domain organises visits from its olive grove of half a day with Provençal snacks to the key. 

The Jullien family has been making olive oil for almost a century, focusing on a single variety: the aglandau, which loves arid soil and a harsh climate. The oils produced at the mill are therefore monovarietal, available in three fruity varieties. Black, green and an organic "ripe fruity" oil. It's also a great place to take the kids, who can look for the little signs and learn about olive cultivation. And don't forget to taste the honey.

The Bellon family marked the history of the village of Fontvieille. Not only thanks to the notoriety of their oil mill, but also because two of its members became first magistrate of the commune, Hyacinthe and Henri. Today, it is the two sons of the latter, Jean-Pierre and Jacques, who have been at the helm of this field in the family since 1913. They grow their 3 000 olive trees planted on about twenty hectares with care: weeding, fertilisers, reasoned irrigation, etc. With fruits, they manufacture a PDO oil Vallée de Baux-de-Provence. Their moulin mill also presses the olives of 400. The Bellon also prepare table olives (Lucca and picholine), quenelle, and green olive pulp to basil or tomato. 

A producer of aromatic and medicinal plants, Wendy creates seasonal herbal teas to suit your needs. Zou maï is a detox infusion made from plants known for their natural benefits - rosemary, peppermint, linden, olive, elderberry and chamomile. Wendy also offers flavored salts and sugars, organic cane sugars to which she adds verbena leaves, mint or fine lavender. She gives pretty names to her herbal teas and by-products: le Fada, l'Ensuqué, le Pitchoun, le Cagnard, Mistral, Manon...

Located in the heart of the department, this cheese factory produces 100% raw milk cheeses from the Hautes-Alpes in a traditional way. It was founded in 2002 by Ramon Caballe, who already owned the Queyras cheese dairy (founded in 1991). From melted Gruyere to raclette with pepper, including baby blue, you will find in the store a dozen excellent home-made cheeses. In addition to the home-made products, you will find creamery products (butter, cottage cheese...), cold cuts, drinks and local products.

The adventure began in 1890 with the creation of the cheese factory by the great-grandfather Charles Ebrard. At the beginning, he only made tommes and gruyères at the request of the milk producers. The original maturing cellar has remained almost unchanged, but the range has been extended and a large, beautiful wooden shop now offers the house production. In the cheese department, an impressive range of all types and all types of milk, some of them stamped organic, yoghurts, faisselles, creams, custards, milk jam...

In the village of Montfuron, the Pirard family makes farmhouse goat cheese with respect for nature and the animals. The goats, of the Saanen or Alpine breeds, eat only hay and cereals, and graze when weather and season permit. They produce between 2 and 2.5 liters a day, and enjoy a long resting season in winter. The cheeses are sold at the Manosque market on Fridays and Saturdays. You can also come to the farm, and even stay in a gîte!

Le Coin du Fromager is, as its name suggests, a cheese shop, but it's also a delicatessen and a wine cellar where you can discover and enjoy local products. Here, you can compose your own platter or select yoghurt, butter and crème fraîche from a wide range of delicately matured products. Food lovers, there's no need to wait for market appearances to fill up on harvested honey - it's now on sale in Biot! Bee Riviera has opened its boutique opposite the town hall, filled with charm and magnificent stone walls, where jars of 100% local honey can be found, as well as mead and jams, not forgetting Catherine Brothier's delicious ZK chocolate spread. The honey producer has also entered into a partnership with Héloïse Gaidoz, a talented pastry chef from Biot.

When you arrive in the center of Cotignac at the end of the day, it is impossible to ignore a small garden terrace nestled against the rock, where the atmosphere is festive. At the "tailleur de bière", you can taste the productions of the microbrewery of La Tuf, managed by Renaud, who came from the flat country to treat us. You are here in contact with the production and taste the beers "at the source": IPA, raspberry sour, triple saffron or a fig beer, no question of being bored here while ordering your beer. At the foot of the Alpilles, the estate has belonged to the Sabran-Pontevès family since 1817.Éloïse perpetuates a long wine tradition by developing the vines, planted by her great-grandparents in 1900. Wines but also organic vinegars, a confidential and even ancestral production because the mother (i.e. the gelatinous deposit that forms at the bottom of the wine bottle) dates from more than a hundred years ago, and is fed since with the tasting bottles of the domain started and not finished. Everything is qualitative, respectful, essential.

Come to take height on a plateau dominating the Durance and the village of Jouques! And discover this timeless place, with its fields of olive trees, lavender and orchards planted with beehives. The Benedictine abbey welcomes all pilgrims and various people for a restful stay but also offers all its products for sale in the store: jam, honey, soap, essential oil of lavandin and even its wine, "Louange", in red and now in rosé.

An "old fashioned" bakery as we like it. Without any pejorative sense of the term. First of all, we love the interior with its deceptively rococo decoration, the moldings, the large mirrors that contrast with the bustling atmosphere of the Place Jean-Jaurès, an alternative district if ever there was one. The terrace unfolds in the sun and is an ideal spot for your morning coffee, especially on market days, when you can appreciate the animation under your eyes. Le Petit Futé met this family on a beautiful Provencal morning at the Egalyères market. A meeting with a "golden" family! The stall is superb, richly stocked with fresh, tasty fish and other seafood. As for the smile, it's a sunny one. Lolo offers Mediterranean fish fresh from the famous Grau-du-Roi fish auction. The salmon-cabillaud brochettes are delicious. Shellfish platter at Christmas, tuna in summer, terrines, etc. We recommend this indispensable "tour"!

A superb butcher's shop in the heart of Saint-Martin-de-Crau. Yoann, the owner, works mainly with short-run Aubrac cattle. This superb, brand-new store also boasts a rotisserie and a maturing cellar. A beautiful and appetizing "traiteur" section with take-away lasagne, flaky vegetable tartar, eggplant parmesan or gardiane de taureau, for example... We love the fact that the butcher's shop also offers you the option of putting together your own package of grilled meats.

The Maison Gaillardet is above all a family history, a history of taste for good products. Their cult creation, the tasty Troprovençale! A brioche with orange blossom, topped with vanilla mousseline cream and sprinkled with sugar snow. To our delight, they offer different versions of this tasty brioche: chocolate, praline, chestnut cream, pistachio, lemon, strawberry or raspberry. We can't recommend any of them because they are all addictive.

We've been dreaming of a rhum arrangé made in Marseille, and Les Canailles has made it! A team of enthusiasts whose production laboratory is located on the Cours Gouffé, right next to the Zoumaï brasserie, offer us some exotic beverages that showcase the Provencal terroir. The rum and exotic fruits used in some recipes come from afar, but otherwise Les Canailles has made a point of working locally (apples from Vaucluse, figs from Solliès...). Café Lauca, on the other hand, is a speciality with this micro-boutique set up just behind the courthouse.
