Aureto is the 5-star Coquillade Village Relais & Châteaux wine estate. The 36 ha of vines are cultivated using integrated farming methods in AOP Ventoux and AOP Luberon. The cellar, equipped with a stainless steel vat room and a barrel cellar, enables us to vinify in the best possible conditions. The quality of the wines is the property's primary objective, which is reflected in the numerous medals and citations in the best wine guides. The tasting cellar is the ideal place to discover the cuvées, which are named after the wind (Autan, Tramontane, Maestrale...).

From the producer to the consumer, there is nothing better than tasting ripe fruit, in this case apricots and cherries, the emblematic fruits of the region. Here, they were picked the day before in the property's orchard. For the record, it was Alain Meyer's great-grandfather who planted the first apricot trees at Le Barroux in 1900! You will be able to fill your basket with seasonal fruit, olive oil, apricot nectar and cherry and apricot jam.

The truffle market in Carpentras (France's leading truffle-producing region) is held in the porch and courtyard of the Hôtel-Dieu every Friday morning from 8am in winter. Individuals can choose their tuber melanosporum on the porch, while the "carré" in the courtyard of honor is reserved for professionals, brokers, restaurateurs and traders. This intimate, silent market has a very special atmosphere. Transactions take place in an air of secrecy; this is a market for connoisseurs.

The Haut brothers have been running the mill for 5 generations. The olive oil is crushed by stone millstones. The extraction is then done in a horizontal centrifuge. The fruité vert is extracted from the aglandau variety, more commonly called "verdale de Carpentras" in this part of the department. The Comtat mill markets the oil from its own orchards and from a few olive growers, and offers individuals the opportunity to crush by batch, and thus leave with their own oil.

The Domaine de la Royère has been in the Hugues family for several generations. But it was in 1988 that Anne and Jean-Pierre Hugues decided to recreate a wine heritage. The first vintage was vinified the same year. The 32 hectares of vines, the oldest of which are a hundred years old, are spread over three terroirs around Oppède and Oppède-le-Vieux, cultivated using sustainable agriculture, limited yields and manual harvesting. The L'oppidum cuvée, a Côtes du Luberon A.O.C. rosé, is vinified by direct pressing.

La Meulerie is much more than just another cheese shop, as the critics might say. For one thing, its location at the gateway to the Panier district makes it special, as the area was really lacking in gourmet addresses of this kind. La Meulerie also boasts some of the coolest visuals and communication you've ever seen for a cheese shop. And it's all thanks to the two founders, Driss and Arthur, who breathe a breath of fresh air into the business. In the boutique, you'll find a wide selection of cheeses, from all types of pastes and all origins. In winter, a fine selection of seasonal raclettes. Finally, a delivery service for aperitif and raclette trays in less than an hour in Marseille.

Instead of Forbin de Janson, for those who know, you will now find the Domaine des Jardinettes sign along the road between Villelaure and Bay. The farm has about hectares, with a dozen varieties, mainly syrah, Merlot, Muscat small grains, Grenache, white Grenache. The wines of the Domaine are all derived from organic farming (certified ECORCET FR - organic - 01; 30) and fall into the 3 colours, 2 bottles in bottles and 1 in box bags. This is a prestigious area, just kilometres northwest of Aix. Pont-Royal Castle was built in the th century by the ancestors of the family. At the time, the master's house, the royal post relay and the hostel were used to serve wine from the area. Today, the vineyard stretches over 13 hectares and the operators, Jacques Alfred and Sylvette Investors, surrounded by their three children, vinifient their wines by focusing on revealing the aromas of the year in a perfect balance between colours, scents and flavours. The low yields and the small area of the vineyard make their vintage products rare and high-end. Result: two fabulous vintages (Grand Crus Prestige and Cuvée) with reds, rosé and the label organic quality agriculture France. The area hosts seminars, receptions and weddings.

This is chocolate heaven. The cocoa beans arrive at the workshop in their raw state, selected upstream by Mathieu Taborcia. Pâtissier-chocolatier and Compagnon du Devoir, Mathieu masters the entire chain, from sorting and roasting the beans to transforming them into bars, croque-amandes, orangettes and candied ginger... This century-old cooperative produces AOP Côtes-de-Provence and IGP des Maures wines. The vineyard is made up of 350 hectares of which 250 hectares are Côtes-de-Provence, from which four AOP rosé and red wines are produced, and two PGI wines: "Lou Castellas" in the three colours, and "L'inattendue" in rosé. The cooperative's cellar also offers local products, locally produced olive oils, oenological accessories and gift boxes.

Since 1806, six generations have succeeded one another at the head of this estate, which has the specificity of collecting old vintages in white and red. The main house has a vaulted part from the 16th century and the cellar, built at the end of the 18th century, has kept its original framework. The excellent AOP Côtes-de-Provence wines are produced in all three colours, notably the top wines of the Clarendon range. Roselyne Gavoty, the owner-winemaker, welcomes, by appointment, groups of oenophiles for thematic tasting sessions.

The 65 hectares of noble grape varieties, grenache, mourvèdre, cinsault, cabernet, syrah as well as ugni, rolle or sémillon for the whites, placed under the control of the Combard family, produce mainly rosés, 12% of reds, and 8% of whites. Three ranges, in Côtes-de-Provence, are available in the three colors, an IGP wine from the Var, in red and rosé, and very recently, a traditional method extra brut in rosé, "Atmosphère". The winegrowers of Gonfaron have created "Inverso", a concept that gives consumers the keys to choosing and tasting their wines in an original way and provides visual cues to help them live the wine experience. With three levels of reading, numerical scale, product name and bottle design, Gonfaron wines become more accessible and understandable. To discover this concept, the Gonfaron cellar, located at the entrance to the village, organises discovery and initiation workshops.

The cooperative cellars of Saint-Maximin and Tourves, which produce organic PDO, IGP Var Sainte-Baume wines and sparkling wines, joined forces in 1997. Their terroir, located in the Coteaux-varois-en-Provence PDO production area, extends within a 15-kilometre radius around Saint-Maximin-la-Sainte-Baume, at the foot of the Sainte-Baume massif and the hill of Saint-Probace, as far as the foothills of Mount Aurélien.

This 23-hectare Coteaux-d'Aix-en-Provence PDO estate, owned by Denis Alibert, was built on the ruins of the second largest known Roman wine-growing villa to date (it must have been 8,000^m2 at the time). It produces white, red and rosé wines (three vintages for each colour), more or less dry, more or less fruity, more or less mellow: taste and make your choice! The wine estate of the Matton-Farnet family includes an authentic Provençal property, dating from the 18th century, a chapel and a Napoleon III building. Château Minuty is surrounded by 60 hectares in one piece on schistose limestone soils, completed by 80 hectares on clay-limestone soil in Vidauban and 20 hectares on the slopes of Valderian in Ramatuelle with a superb view of the Bay of Pampelonne. 4 ranges, in the 3 colors, are offered, including "Gold", the emblematic Minuty, vintages that are distinguished by their naturalness.

This confectionery-confectionery manufactures and sells Provençal chocolates and specialities. In particular, Didier Carrié created a unique recipe for the "Agay d'Agay", a white chocolate truffle, flavoured with vegetable liquor and lemon, and rolled in the powder of mimosa.

The 30 hectares of the estate are located in the foothills of the Maures Mountains, on a promontory overlooking Fréjus and the Argens valley, with soils of gneiss and micaschist. For over 30 years, the Rieder family has produced a wide range of AOP Côtes-de-Provence wines, certified organic since 2012. The first plantations of the olive grove of Thierry Olivier, which counts 3 800 trees, date from 1988. The artisanal oil produced is unique in the world, with a blend of 14 varieties of green fruit. In the store, you can buy the products of the domain, oil of course, but also tapenade, Provencal aperitifs, honey from Draguignan, cooked wines, aniseed-flavored aperitifs, cookies from Sainte-Maxime, jams, vinegar and flavored salts. The vineyards of this Varnish cooperative are located at the foot of the Maures massif and enjoy maximum sunshine. The land fully classified in the coast-of-Provence AOP produces numerous quality cups, «The Marquets», «The Sketch of Marquets», «The great work of the Marquets», «The terraces of the Gulf», «Excellence», «La Norade», «The Light of the Marquets», regularly awarded in the competitions.

The vineyard, situated straddling the communes of Ramatuelle and La Croix-Valmer, has been cultivated by the family since 1805. It extends over 30 hectares, in the heart of the classified site of the Three Caps. All the production in PDO Côtes de Provence is carried out according to the rules of organic agriculture (AB). The grape varieties are grenache, mourvèdre, carignan, syrah, rolle, semillon, ugni blanc, cinsault, tibouren and muscat. The red wines are light and fruity, the whites are complex and long on the palate and the rosés are elegant.

Since 2000, Julie Ortet has continued to operate this 21-hectare domain, which is steeped in history, modernised in 1998 by Jacques and Bernadette Ortet-Kester. The wines of AOC-var-en-Provence and wines of Var countries, in the three colours, are developed in a traditional way and are for sale in the cellar, as well as different products from the land, olive oil, quenelle, anchoïade… The red wine "Manual Harvest 2006" was selected by the guide Hachette of wines 2010.

This family business continues to produce about ten different honeys (the great-grandfather already harvested honey in 1890!), acacia, heather, chestnut, lavender, mountain, Provence, rosemary, fir, thyme, lime tree, all flowers, arbutus, sunflower, royal jelly, propolis, pollen, and offers at the shop many derivative products, mead, nougat bars, pastry, soap... Notice to gourmands! Finally, Fabienne and Vincent also manage the operation and rental of the Apigîtes cottages.

This cooperative cellar was absorbed in 2004 by La Cadiérenne and is now part of this great family.

Created in 2003, this magnificent wine estate in the heart of green Provence is, since 2011, the property of Gilles Pedini, a native of Nice and above all an epicurean in love with the region. With the help of his talented cellar master, he has been able to restore the estate's reputation for excellence: uprooting and replanting of the vines, always in constant evolution, increased rigour in the work in the vineyard and in the vinification process, limiting the environmental footprint. Culminating at an altitude of 380 meters, this territory of 600 hectares, including nearly 9 hectares of olive trees and 31 hectares of vines, benefits from 3 natural water springs feeding the domain which extends over the two appellations, coteaux-varois-en-provence and côtes-de-provence. The wines are available in three colors, white, rosé and red and are made from traditional Provencal grape varieties, syrah, grenache, cinsault and rolle. The estate also produces and sells its extra virgin olive oil, extracted after cold pressing.

In an exceptional setting, Château Saint-Julien d'Aille extends over 172 hectares, between vineyards, pine forests and olive groves, set against the foothills of the Massif des Maures and bathed by the River Aille. The precious sandy-clay terroir with quartz on the slopes, where the sunshine favors good ripening, produces excellent grape quality. The combination of organic farming and cutting-edge technology contributes to the production of some of the finest, most elegant and aromatic AOC Côtes de Provence wines, which regularly win medals at the most prestigious competitions. The vinothèque awaits you to discover the château and taste its wines: Cuvée Triumvir in red and white, Cuvée Imperator and Cuvée Saint-Julien in red, rosé and white.

Known for their quality, Florence and Philippe Bertin's cheeses can be found on the best tables in the region. They raise cows and goats on the hills of Taradeau and make their excellent cheeses, whose reputation is well established. Fresh, creamy, in brick, crottin, ashy, fragrant, their goat camembert is a must, as is their tasty tomme aged six months in the cellar. To be discovered in their 17th century Provencal farmhouse, nestled on the heights of the village or on the markets of Draguignan and Lorgues.

Owned by the Paquette family since 1952, this AOP Côtes-de-Provence-Fréjus vineyard is today managed by Jérôme, a graduate oenologist from the Bordeaux Institute, assisted by his daughter Claire, also an oenologist, in the respect of the authenticity of the terroir. The grape variety is composed of grenache, mourvèdre, syrah, tibouren and rolle. It gives expressive wines, like the Osmose rosé born in 2011, a harmony of tibouren and grenache vinified in oak barrels. We also recommend its little brother, the white Osmose, born the following year.
