This self-service vending machine is open 365 days a year, providing a great service to the hamlet's 156 inhabitants, its local residents and people passing through on the main road leading to the ski resorts. Fabrice Gautier came up with the idea in 2014 of installing the machine as an extension to the stone cottage he uses to store his Casot. Fabrice, the son and grandson of a farmer and breeder of organic egg-laying hens, has over the years brought together more than twenty local producers who contribute to the daily supply of this vending machine. Only fresh, quality produce. Chez Ligo in Ancelle (Hautes-Alpes) offers a wide variety of delicatessen dishes, four different dishes a week, with a constant flow of customers asking for more... You make your choice on the order screen, pay with your credit card or in cash, and collect your products from the refrigerated racks lined up along the walls.
