FROMAGERIE EBRARD
The adventure began in 1890 with the creation of the cheese factory by the great-grandfather Charles Ebrard. At the beginning, he only made tommes and gruyères at the request of the milk producers. The original maturing cellar has remained almost unchanged, but the range has been extended and a large, beautiful wooden shop now offers the house production. In the cheese department, an impressive range of all types and all types of milk, some of them stamped organic, yoghurts, faisselles, creams, custards, milk jam...
