Ferrigno is the only sardine cannery in the Mediterranean. Their know-how has been passed down through four generations, and their canned sardines are guaranteed to be steamed and not fried. A full range of ready-made dishes is sold in delicatessens and supermarkets under the Lou Ferrignade, Les Belles de Marseille and La Bonne Mer brands.
