A superb butcher's shop in the heart of Saint-Martin-de-Crau. Yoann, the owner, works mainly with short-run Aubrac cattle. The superb, brand-new store also boasts a rotisserie and a maturing cellar. A beautiful and appetizing "catering" section with takeaway lasagne, flaky vegetable tartar, eggplant parmigiana or gardiane de taureau, for example... We love the possibility offered by the butcher's shop of putting together your own package of grilled meats.

Très bonne adresse, l'équipe est très agréable, compétente et de bons conseils. Les produits sont excellents, mention spéciale pour la côte à l'os d'Aubrac! Les commandes spéciales sont toujours respectées, un plaisir!
