For Laurent Belorgey, olive growing is a family affair. Trained as an engineer, in 2010 he took over the estate created by his grandfather in the 1960s, then perpetuated by Marc, his father.
For several years, the estate has been collecting medals of honor in the biggest competitions, and this is not by chance. Between the Salonenque, the Béruguette, the Verdalle, the Grossane... all varieties of olives are pampered. A visit is necessary...

The Cauvin family has been farming the land of the Mas de l'Aqueduc since 1965. Although the family first specialised in the cultivation of Crau hay, the olive orchard was planted in 2003. The olive tree is very well adapted to the dry and windy soil of Crau. The 12 hectares, cultivated organically, are composed of about ten varieties, the main ones being aglandau, bouteillan, arbequine, arboussane and koroneiki (Greek variety). The blend of these varieties provides a very sweet oil with herbaceous, artichoke and almond aromas.

A superb butcher's shop in the heart of Saint-Martin-de-Crau. Yoann, the owner, works mainly with short-run Aubrac cattle. This superb, brand-new store also boasts a rotisserie and a maturing cellar. A beautiful and appetizing "traiteur" section with take-away lasagne, flaky vegetable tartar, eggplant parmesan or gardiane de taureau, for example... We love the fact that the butcher's shop also offers you the option of putting together your own package of grilled meats.

You'll find tasty pastries that follow the seasons, from apple and pear tarts to chestnut pavlova in autumn. Le Futé has fallen in love with the strawberry, raspberry and red fruit pavlova, which you can choose small or large to suit your sweet tooth. Special mention also goes to the marvellous chocolate cake. Everything is homemade, made and processed on site, and the products are fresh and local.
