Located in the industrial area of La Seiglerie, towards Challans, the Beillevaire cheese dairy now enjoys a fine reputation for the quality and variety of its products. Guided tours are organized to discover the techniques of making cheese and fresh products. These begin with the screening of a presentation video, continue in a panoramic space open to the manufacturing workshops and end as usual with a tasting of the homemade products with a glass of wine. Also available, the gourmet visit which ends, in the middle of the Machecoul marsh, with an all-cheese meal followed by a homemade dessert. The Beillevaire cheese dairy has a network of sales outlets as far away as the Paris region, where it is even possible to have a tray of cheeses delivered by courier in less than 3 hours! Among the cheeses to discover, mainly cheeses of farm tradition, AOC and raw milk: Barbeillon, Beaufort d'Alpage, Pont d'Yeu, Livarot... Milk desserts and cheese preparations (fondues, raclette) are also available.

The Rublé Farm is first of all a family story, that of Régis and Colette Boileau, joined by their son Benjamin in 2006 on the exploitation became organic.
