RACINES CAVE A FROMAGES
Mathieu, crémier-fromager, and Nicolas, paysan-fromager at the Bois Joubert farm in the Marais de Brière, opened their store in 2022 in the Copernic district. In the window, passers-by can contemplate a range of cheeses maturing in their cellar: tommes de brebis basque, abondance fermier, gouda mayennais, Ronde des Marais, Sort-Palud... Organic raw milk cheese nuggets from local breeds, delivered direct from the farms. Gwell, a Breton dairy speciality, and Corsican bruccio, in season, are also available, as are wines and ciders.
