Created by Esther and Benjamin, La Laiterie Nantaise opened its doors on the Ile de Nantes in 2021. Delicious and varied products made with milk from an organic farm in Loire-Atlantique (a farm in Bouvron!): fromage frais, yoghurts, mozzarella and burrata, ricotta... in short, enough to delight a large number of gourmets! Cheeses and yoghurts are made on site in a totally artisanal way, with organic, local, quality cow's milk bearing the "Lait de foin" label. Dairy products from Nantes that are well worth discovering!
