Marion and Ivan have opened this pretty little store designed for cocoa lovers. Imagine: cocoa beans imported from a cooperative in the province of Chiapas in Mexico (without intermediaries, in the respect of fair trade) crushed and roasted before your eyes before forming bars, coulis, ice creams, hot and cold drinks... Without preservatives or cocoa butter... Drinks as well as bars can be flavored with many flavors: chili, cinnamon, ginger, crushed hazelnuts, gingerbread mix, coconut, sesame, fleur de sel, almonds, raisins, cranberries, edible flower petals... Among our favorites: chocolate making. You can make your own chocolate bar from the cocoa bean during a 2-hour workshop or simply discover the origins of cocoa (1-hour workshop)!

Adjacent to the family bakery-pastry shop in the rue Saumuroise, Charlotte had the good idea to open this space that is both a tea room and a snack bar. A large and bright room with, at the back, a more cosy part, where you can taste at very low prices the pastries and pastries of the house, but also sandwiches, mixed salads, quiches, burgers, wraps or small hot dishes. For dessert, you can treat yourself to a chocolate mousse, a crémet d'Anjou or a fruit salad. Finally, on Saturday mornings, the place proposes a copious brunch.

Simple and effective! The soul of the patisserie lives on, as Mr. Galand has passed on his recipes to the new head pastry chef. Upstairs, the seminar area is transformed into an atmospheric bar from Wednesday to Sunday evenings, with platters and cocktails. On Rue de Bolton, Mimoza has reserved a space for takeaway sandwiches. The new owner, who already runs three bakeries, knows his stuff when it comes to sandwiches...

Canyon is the first flower café in Nantes. Created by Julia and Simon to delight the senses with dishes, pastries and flowers, the place offers a restaurant with an American touch, revisited with local and seasonal products. You can enjoy a grilled cheese, the club of the week, or a salad, then a homemade granola with vegetable coconut yogurt, or even a trio of sweet or savory pancakes.
