Gone is the Galand brasserie tearoom, hello Mimoza and its appetizing green front. Pastry chef Sylvain Guesdon has just taken over the establishment, renaming it Mimoza after the mimosa egg. Simple and effective! The soul of the patisserie lives on, as Mr. Galand has passed on his recipes to the new head pastry chef. Upstairs, the seminar area is transformed into an atmospheric bar from Wednesday to Sunday evenings, with platters and cocktails. On Rue de Bolton, Mimoza has reserved a space for takeaway sandwiches. The new owner, who already runs three bakeries, knows his stuff when it comes to sandwiches...

situé en plein centre-ville, la qualité est au rendez-vous, on y trouve des pâtisseries fines et une grande variété de thé, mais les prix sont élevés ; cadre et ambiance classique des salons de thé, clientèle BCBG, personnel sympa et efficace
