Enter this contemporary house which gives back its letters of nobility to the cabbage in multiple forms: salted, sweet or garnished. Sébastien Grimaud, a talented pastry chef, introduces us to this cult pastry, alongside other creations based on choux pastry. On the menu: Tahitian vanilla chou, salted butter caramel, raspberry, mont-blanc, coconut rocher, coffee tiramisu, lemon meringue... Paris-brest, Fleur de Sel, saint-honoré, accompanied by hot or cold drinks. For lunch, try the revisited gougères: vegetarian, chicken with caramel or Coppa with salads or seasonal soup/gaspacho.
