Canyon is the first flower café in Nantes. Created by Julia and Simon to delight the senses with dishes, pastries and flowers, the place offers a restaurant with an American touch, revisited with local and seasonal products. You can enjoy a grilled cheese, the club of the week, or a salad, then a homemade granola with vegetable coconut yogurt, or even a trio of sweet or savory pancakes. To be enjoyed with a colored milk like the amazing Raw cacao (fresh raw cacao paste), or a black latte with black sesame and charcoal. Canyon is also the place to offer you a country bouquet composed of pretty seasonal flowers. A pleasant and atypical place!
