Canyon is Nantes' first flower café. Created by Julia and Simon to delight the senses with dishes, pastries and flowers, the place offers American-style dining, revisited with local, seasonal produce. Enjoy a grilled cheese, the club of the week, or a salad, followed by homemade granola with coconut yoghurt. To be enjoyed with a colorful milk like matcha latte, or a black latte with black sesame and charcoal. Canyon is also the place to treat yourself to a country bouquet of pretty seasonal flowers.
