LA PASSAGÈRE
Do you like cosy, hushed and refined tea rooms? You will love La Passagère. Ideally located in the Passage Pommeraye, on the middle floor, it is a place like we like them: the atmosphere is relaxed and delicate. La Passagère is the result of the work of a couple of restaurateurs well known to Nantes gastronomes: Isabelle and Jean-Charles Baron-Lefebvre. They are already at the head of the Baron-Lefebvre house in the Cité des Congrès, the Pellières near the Zenith and the caterer on rue Cassini. All in all, four excellent and unmissable restaurants in the City of Dukes. At La Passagère, you can come and enjoy a hot chocolate or one of the many teas on the menu: smoked black tea, rooibos, red-black tea, white or green tea, whether it's called Midnight Demon, Blue Grass, Casanova or Dragon Well, you'll find the one that suits your palate. What you should not miss are the pastries. You will find them presented in a window like magnificent jewels among which you will have to choose: an excellent tiramisu tart, a no less famous Nantais cake, the delicious small pecan and cranberry cakes or why not the Orélys tart (sweetened shortcrust pastry and a praline base and an Orélys ganache)... The place can be privatized. A bubble of delicacy within an exceptional architecture.
