Ingréo is the third largest aquatic complex in France. Located in the heart of a magnificent rose garden, this facility is dedicated to sports, leisure and fitness for all. Open all year round, 7 days a week, Ingréo is equipped with a wide range of facilities: a space with six indoor and outdoor sports and leisure pools, a fitness and wellness centre and a beauty salon. Outdoor and indoor slides, and a 10-metre deep diving pit for an introduction to scuba diving, complete the offer.

Only a 30-hour drive from Toulouse, the Beille resort offers a total change of scenery. In addition to its stunning view of the Pyrennées, it would appear that the station has a similar fauna and flora to Scandinavia! And the best way to check it is probably a snowshoe trip in the station. Numerous pedestrian routes and snowshoes are marked, from 2,5 km (L'Shaded) to 12 km (L'Bears), at the level of varying difficulty.

For a dozen, Atelier Couture members design clothes while exchanging their know-how. It is this association that dresses her majesty Carnival and participants in the parade. Throughout the year you can learn to carry out dresses, jackets, pajamas, curtains, furniture coatings.

Well known to the inhabitants of Cazilhac, this association created and played in 2005 pieces inspired by contemporary authors: Words of Jacques Prévert - at the Cigalière - and Noëlle Renaude texts - at the Trioletto in Montpellier. In addition to representations, the objective of this work is to allow actors to gain access to their own knowledge, to develop their capacity for concentration, to receive and to give emotion, to work their imagination and creativity through exercises on body, voice, group dynamics, improvisation… Lessons take place on Tuesday - of a. m. to p. m., for adults and Wednesday - from a. m. to p. m., for teenagers, at Vargos Castle in Cazilhac.

This multi-activity leisure centre - created by the team of viaduct boatmen - is located at the entrance to Millau. It offers canoeing down the Tarn. For sport lovers, we also offer a via ferrata in the Tarn gorges, stand up paddle on a stretch of water or in the river, but also rental equipment to venture on the via ferrata courses. Experience the thrill of the DéVal'cable in the Val d'Azun valley, the largest Nordic area in the Hautes-Pyrénées. This giant zip-line offers a 300-meter descent and is open to people weighing over 25 kg. Offering a magnificent view of the mountains, this experience is guaranteed to provide unforgettable sensations! Even the little ones aren't left out, as children weighing less than 25 kg can enjoy a free mini-cable. The site also offers activities on electric scooters.

Navivoile is a catamaran with a yellow hull, 24.70 x 10 m, aboard which three qualified sailors welcome you all summer long. For an unforgettable day during which you will have the opportunity to sail along the Rocky coast, we advise you to opt for "swimming and grilling". The romantics will be able to choose to enjoy the Mediterranean sweetness by choosing the "sunset" option. In addition, a new cruise has been created "A la rencontre du Grand dauphin" (Meeting the Bottlenose Dolphin) departing from and returning to Port-Vendres in summer.

The Ariège is rich in more than 500 km of watercourses including 400 km practicable and accessible to white water sports. The rivers are classified from 1 to 6 according to the difficulty of the course. Since 2005, Gévaudan Evasion offers a wide range of "off road" activities : quad, motorcycle, enduro training and even initiation to quad for children from 6 years old, on circuit or on the ground. Because Lozere is a huge playground, Lozere Nature offers a lot of activities to play on the cliffs, underground or on the water. Equipment, accompaniment, advice, here all services are proposed until the ideas of original stays: in a yurt or in a cave with the underground bivouac. Are you interested in abseiling and tyrolean traverse? The adventure course is for you. For families, a package per day and per person will allow you to do abseiling, canyoning, bivouac in a cave and via ferrata!

Along the Stevenson trail, Tramontane rents out a dozen donkeys for day hikes or longer. A small gîte close to her house can accommodate up to 5 hikers or holidaymakers, before offering advice on the choice of itineraries. Walks can be accompanied. The donkeys are adorable, and the information provided is sufficient for a trouble-free hike.

The association aims to teach the different techniques of fishing, knowledge and respect for the environment through the discovery of the aquatic and mountain environment. It offers fishing trips in mountain lakes or in torrent, but also walks from 1 to 3 days around different themes. Ad'Hoc is a real reference agency for leisure and mountain sports. It offers an incredible number of activities to practice in the Pyrenean mountains. A small workshop but great ideas on colours and materials is the credo of the Emporte Association. Accompanied by the moderator, children are invited to create their "explorer books" and play all the things: collage, painting painting, mosaic, jewelry. On the basis of two Wednesdays a month, the calendar is fast filled and the works have time to dry! Adults are not forgotten: evening workshops on the same dates as children (18 h to 20 h) are reserved. Flexibility in the organization, mixed sessions (children-adults) allow to evolve together on the same theme. On Saturday, internships on free theme, to be determined during registration are developed on antique mosaic, fresco or patinas, mould moulding, résine détournement, etc.

Music'Halle is a music school located in the beautiful Espace Job, in the Sept Deniers district. It is possible to take lessons to learn instrumental technique (cello, bass, drums, balafon, guitar, percussion...), orchestral practice, singing and improvisation... whether you like to play jazz, flamenco or rock'n'roll! You will have understood it, it is the passion of the music which animates the places! Short cycle for amateurs, long cycle for professionals, the music is shared by all and is played on the spot in the concert hall. A new wake park recently opened 30 minutes from Toulouse. On a huge water plan, he surges for a nautical lift session. The Aquatic Complex opened in 2015, with a 25-meter covered pool, a learning pool, a whirlpool, two saunas and a relaxation area with mineral and massage showers. The complex is very complete and pleasant. On sunny days, bathers can take place on the solarium or in the outdoor pool, which is completed by a counter-current swimming lane. Many aquatic activities are also offered. A nice family outing or something to keep in shape for sportsmen.

In this grandiose yet human-scale setting, 25 runs for all levels await you, including the longest green run in the Pyrenees, stretching over 6 kilometers. Equestrian Tourism Guide (ATE), Christian is waiting for you to make you discover the paths of the Cirque de Gavarnie in complete safety. His horses, of Mérens race are perfectly educated and adapted. The merens is native of the High Valley of Ariège, in the Pyrenees. Agile, not too big and with a sure footedness, it is the versatile horse par excellence, an expert in hiking. It has drawn its qualities from the mountains: rustic, it supports well the climate of Gavarnie.

Well, from now on, you'll be singing along as you put into practice all the tips and tricks you've learned at Labo&Gato to make a success of... your cake. As well as training you in the chefs' tricks of the trade when it comes to crème aérienne, dacquoise and praliné feuillantine, the workshop provides all the equipment you need to make your own preparations (molds, siphons, pastry bags and sleeves...) as well as ingredients and food products (gelatins, baking powder, colorants, chocolate tablets...). Nestled in the heart of the Gers, between wood and close, in a dedicated to the horses and ponies, Les Ecuries du Bouscassé offer equestrian activities. You want to discover or rediscover the sensations riding? Whether you are beginners or experienced, the riders will take the time to share their passion and will make you enter a place of life punctuated by the horse. In a natural and discovery spirit, Baby pony delight children and offer a first contact with the animal. For the competitors, riders can be prepared with the federal examination and championships. Espace de Liberté is the Aude department's and the region's flagship sports and tourist site, offering a wide range of activities to suit all tastes:

Aqualudic area: In the indoor area, you'll discover a 25 m, 6-lane swimming pool, heated to 29°C. Families will discover an aqua-family area with slides, a bubble bath and a 300 m² Slash Pad for safe fun. The O'Tonic, a special aquafitness pool, is dedicated to aquabike, crosstraining, Pilates... Outdoor swimmers will appreciate the south-facing Olympic pool (50 m), open from April 1 to a date depending on the weather forecast. For relaxation: the solarium and shaded picnic area. In summer, don't miss the famous Water Jump, featuring 4 exceptional 9 to 12 m-high slopes.

Next to Lac de Bonnecombe, this family-friendly resort offers 35 km of trails dedicated to skiing (3 trails), snowshoeing (2 trails) and Nordic hiking (2 trails). Next to the reception building, there's a beginners' area and a toboggan run. In the Relais des Lacs area, another zone is reserved for the growing number of snow-kite enthusiasts. Outside the winter season, this is the place to be for the fête de la transhumance and to enjoy the fine weather by the lake!

The classic route, which lasts 3 to 4 hours, covers 12 km in the heart of the wilderness. Starting upstream from the village, there are no roads, villages or campsites. With short rapids suitable for beginners, you'll cross the Hérault gorges, an area accessible only on foot or by boat. Another 4 km route, starting downstream, is ideal for children. You can enjoy canoeing for as long as you like, picnicking, swimming and immersing yourself in the lush natural surroundings.

Lac des Montagnès is both a natural site and a friendly leisure center. The lake is most popular in July and August, the two months when it is open for supervised swimming. A 300-metre-long sandy beach, water games, miniature golf, a paddling pool and an adventure park have all been laid out. Not forgetting the refreshment facilities, restaurants and picnic areas dotted around the lake.

The L'Isle-Jourdain leisure park covers almost 25 hectares to the west of the town, and includes a picnic area. Two artificial lakes fed by the Save river offer a wide range of activities. Electrically-assisted bicycles are available all year round from the tourist office, or you can explore the hiking trails on foot. There are four of them, each with a different theme: a cycling trail, an artistic discovery trail through the murals of L'Isle-Jourdain, a turnkey tour of the historic town center, and a heritage discovery rally for children. The skate park, city stadium, beach volleyball court, petanque courts, fitness area and tennis courts, located between the two lakes, are also accessible all year round. April marks the start of the season. The heated swimming pool boasts an ideal temperature of 28°C for aquagym, aquabike or swimming lessons. Adrenalin junkies and wakeboarders return to the waterski lift. Tricks are performed using structures placed on the lake. It's not until May, when the lake is a little warmer, that paddleboat and pedal-boat rentals start up again. In July and August, the mini-golf course livens up days and early evenings. Ask at the tourist office about all these activities.

A good idea for the holidays, the collective workshops of plastic arts with a family! In free and free access, they welcome, on the first floor, large and large, according to a schedule on the monthly programme of the activities of the Audiovisual Library. The museum also organizes plastic testing workshops for children between the ages of 5 and 14 who take place on Wednesday afternoons and during holidays for individuals and groups from Tuesday to Friday by appointment.

The Toulouse Tourist Office offers cookery courses with a renowned chef. Two formulas are proposed "Saturday flavours" and "les nocturnes nocturnes". This last formula involves the sommelier of the month for a harmony of dishes and wines (two wines for aperitif and two wines per dish). There are also cookery courses for children from 3 years of age. Children love and speakers combine special kindness and technical skills to learn how to cook with tits ends of cabbage. For over 30 years, this association has been canoeing the rivers of the Haut Languedoc. Tours range from 5 km to 36 km, or from 1.5 hours to 3 days (with bivouac), depending on level. Experienced paddlers can simply hire the equipment, while beginners will be accompanied by qualified, licensed professionals. Along the way, you'll discover the waterways and rapids of the Orb before your very eyes... In winter, depending on water levels, rafting is also available. You can also eat and camp on site.

Located on the plateau of the lakes, Lac de la Raviège is the result of a 35 m high dam located on the Agoût river. The 410 ha of water allows you to practice many activities. Young and old can learn to sail, windsurf and even sail on a motorboat. And, a classic feature of the waterways, pedal boats are available for hire. Around the lake other activities await the holidaymakers.... There is even a relaxation area with sauna, spa and whirlpool in the town of Nages. A very nice place!

Feel like splashing around? Swimming against the current, outdoor vegetation, lagoon with water cannon, river, giant slide, waterfalls... It's in Colomiers! On the well-being side, sauna, whirlpool and hammam! It is also possible to take baby swimming or aquagym classes. The Uvarium Port Area offers an exceptional stopover for boaters who navigate on the Canal Latéral de la Garonne and the Tarn River. Located only a few dozen kilometers from the cities of Montauban and Toulouse, this port area invites you to walk the path from "water to stone" by giving access to contrasting landscapes and rich in heritage. It is also used for motorcycle and car testing, media operations with presentations of new car models, driving courses and baptisms, a driving school... Various racing teams train on the circuit, which welcomes some 200,000 visitors a year.

Ice skating in the South of France? And why not! Here, the curious can discover 3,100 m² of ice, a picture wall, a play area, entertainment and music all year round. The 1,000 m² of the aquatic complex guarantees you great thrills. They are structured around an indoor and an outdoor swimming pool surrounded by a lawn with trees. Behind the large bay windows, you can contemplate the five pools in the centre: a 25-metre sports pool, a recreational pool with a depth varying from 0.40 to 0.90 metres, an "adventure" pool and two pools dedicated to slides and pentagliss. If the sound volume becomes too disturbing, we advise you to go to the outdoor area and its 3 ha park.

Aqua Forest is an adventure park that combines nature and thrills. Over 3 hectares of pine forest, courses and games await adults and children alike. There's something for everyone: Tarzan vines, a flying seat, a zip line, a bouncy castle, water games in the trees and a 10 m high jump.
