Aquaviva, a superb imitation of Total Wipeout in the USA! With family or friends, the Water Jump water park is located at Lac de la Cavayère, 5 minutes from the medieval city of Carcassonne, and boasts XXL inflatable games, giant slides, trampolines, catapults and obstacle courses covering an area of no less than 6,000 m², and is a real hit with young and old alike! Fun, exhilarating and... exhausting, this park makes you want to try it all and come back again! The less adventurous will enjoy watching the acrobats from the comfort of their deckchairs and hammocks in the shade of the pine forest, with a drink in hand (ordered from the on-site snack bar)... For thrill-seekers: the giant iceberg for climbing and jumping, and the Big Water-Jump with its 10 slides and two jumping platforms of 5 and 8 metres, suitable for young and old alike and the only one of its kind in the world! It's scary, it's adrenalin-pumping, and that's what we like! We appreciate the efforts made every year to improve the park with new features. You'll be equipped with buoyancy jackets, so you can set off in complete safety, supervised by six qualified lifeguards, with floating plates installed - a great success for this attraction, which involves going as far as possible without falling into the water. Practical: valuables can also be stored in the reception chalet. Aquaviva, a must-see attraction in the département, to share with friends or family!

The Ludéo swimming pool offers a wealth of leisure activities for young and old alike. Open from July to the end of August, it features a 25-meter pool at 28°C, a children's area with paddling pool and slide, a five-lane pentaglide, a 70-meter waterslide and a whirlpool for relaxation. A playground is also available, as is free rental of swimming equipment for the little ones. Swimmers can enjoy a snack bar with terrace and relax on the green beach after a swim.

There is a swimming pool located at the end of the complex de la Laune, next to the football fields and the campsite. As soon as the showers are over, there are two heated pools: one covered and one outside. The outdoor pool is only open in summer. Many grassy and well-shaded areas, ideal for relaxing, await the swimmers. It is possible to eat on the spot with a wide choice of drinks and delicacies. A few kilometres north of Marvejols, near the Château de la Baume, this small lake has been designed for leisure and relaxation for both small and large. Aquajet is the must-see leisure park in Narbonne! Set in 1 ha of greenery, its aqualudic pools are equipped with water slides. On the programme: 2 pools, 2 paddling pools and 6 water jump ramps at 8, 10 and 12 m. On land, inflatable games and trampolines await the youngest visitors. And if you don't want to get wet, you can take advantage of the sun loungers and snack bar. Tip: once you've got your wristband on, you can come and go as you please throughout the day.

The most important whitewater base of the department offers canyoning, with its slides and jumps, rafting, or hydrospeed and tubbing, individual buoy descent on the Têt. Glide and emotions guaranteed. But the little ones are not forgotten, because there are several accrobranche courses for the "pitchounes" from 3 to 6 years old (and also for the older ones). A picnic area welcomes you on the riverside. A place 100% nature and sport!

Easily accessible, the Bellevue lake and its direct surroundings offer many leisure options for young and old: fishing, health course, walk towards the beautiful Sivens forest, tennis, playground for children... Practical, the place has toilets, picnic tables and a camping-cars area. Its vegetation also creates a choice setting for long naps by the water. It is a great viewpoint when the fireworks season arrives.

An ideal starting point for exploring the Hérault gorges, this watersports base along the river is bordered by cliffs. With family or friends, you can spend a few hours or a whole day walking and swimming. There are five routes, ranging from 3 to 17 km, from Laroque, Saint-Bauzille de Putois or Aubanel. You'll find all the amenities you need, including shaded parking, a refreshment bar and a private beach. A special package allows you to enjoy a descent at the end of the day, with aperitif, barbecue and bivouac.

In the Natura 2000 zone, the site of the lake of Charpal irresistibly evokes Canada. Its very particular history (the lake was supposed to shelter ammunition between the two world wars and a railroad had been built there), its forest, planted in the 50s, made it a unique place sheltering a rather exceptional fauna and flora. A path has been set up and you can walk or mountain bike along the almost 9 kilometers of the forest, which are decorated with educational panels on the environment. If fishing(no kill) is allowed, swimming is forbidden.

From May to September, discover canyoning with professionals, in the rivers and torrents of the Pyrénées-Orientales. Water hikes, progressive and confirmed discovery of canyoning mainly on the slopes of the Canigó massif. From the gorges of Galamus to the canyon of Llech, via the gourg des Anelles, Jean Guitard's team will take you through gorges, waterfalls, circular basins and slides allowing the craziest slides... Friendly atmosphere.

Ginette and Bruno propose you to discover, with "Les Pieds dans l'Eau", the beauties of the Aveyron gorges and of a site classified Natura 2000. On the program, canoe-kayak descents for a moment of relaxation far from pollution and stress! You will get many advices to enjoy the region in all tranquillity. You can rent a canoe for a trip on the Saint-Antonin lake... or choose, on the contrary, to make a two or three days trip! An activity that combines adventure and nature!

This village is worth the detour for its 600 ha water plan, 60 million^m3 intended for agricultural irrigation. It is the largest low-water basin in the South-West. A little more than 70 ha are reserved for the tourist activity. Since 1984, the lake has been rapidly colonized by birds. 195 species nest on its banks. A site suitable for leisure activities: walks, mountain biking, picnics, sailing, canoe rental. A sandy beach stretches along the water's edge for the great joy of summer visitors.

The lake has a surface area of 32 ha. There are many aquatic activities such as kayaking, windsurfing, pedal boats, optimist, fishing…
