On weekends, they leave to discover the River Orb upstream of the city, Hérault or the coastline. The club members, young or younger, practise this sport from a leisure or competition perspective. The club has also been regularly illustrated at the French Canoe Championships. In 2005, a member of the club even won the second place in the mixed category category in the French championship. For routes starting from Montbrun, the outward journey is made by bus, which allows you to discover the beginning of the Gorges, passing under the castles of Charbonnière, Castelbouc and Prades.
