Every Wednesday and Saturday, the club's kayakers train on the water base on Cazilhac avenue. On weekends, they leave to discover the River Orb upstream of the city, Hérault or the coastline. The club members, young or younger, practise this sport from a leisure or competition perspective. The club has also been regularly illustrated at the French Canoe Championships. In 2005, a member of the club even won the second place in the mixed category category in the French championship. For those who do not have equipment, the club offers rental solutions.

Just 200 m from the village of Sainte-Enimie, on the road to Florac, Le Canophile offers a range of rental options: lazing around by the hour or five routes from 5 to 40 km. The "discovery" routes, upstream from Sainte-Enimie, start from Prades or Montbrun, depending on the distance chosen. Neophytes can try their hand on the water before embarking on a descent. For the more experienced, 2 and 3-day courses (32 km and 40 km) are available. In all cases, the Canophile will advise you on a circuit suited to your pace.

In the kingdom of the mountains, water has its source... It's not an advert for mineral water, but a description of this space entirely dedicated to the joys of water: around the leisure pool, there are nothing but slides (one of which is 60 metres long), bubbles and games. The more courageous can make use of the fitness area and weight room, while the lazier can enjoy the sauna and spa. As for the kids, they can play in complete safety on the Children's Island. Atlantie is also a sports centre with a 25 m x 10 m pool. There's also a restaurant.

Built on the edge of the Lot, this lake extends over 9 hectares near La Canourgue. With its equipped beach and its small restaurant, one could believe oneself at the seaside, the calm and the serenity in more! Nearby, the vacation village offers about forty cottages and a comfortable gîte d'étape with seventeen places at a low price. The restaurant, open from March to mid-December, offers a generous and varied menu, to be enjoyed on the large wooden terrace to take advantage of an incredibly beautiful and relaxing environment.

Starting from Les Vignes or Le Rozier, the structure offers three routes of 7 to 17 kilometers lasting from 2 to 5 hours, and a possibility of a two-day descent, with bivouac at the campsite. The easiest circuit, of 7 km, reaches Peyrelade, on calm waters, for a duration of about 2 hours. The sportiest one of 17 km combines the family course and the descent of the fast and lively waters from Les Vignes. But each one allows you to discover the landscape at your own pace. For all, the equipment and the shuttle to reach the starting point are included in the price.

Canoes are available for hire from the Sainte-Enimie base. For routes starting from Montbrun, the outward journey is made by bus, which allows you to discover the beginning of the Gorges, passing under the castles of Charbonnière, Castelbouc and Prades. All routes are also available downstream of Sainte-Enimie, the most beautiful part. The two-day route, 32 km, allows you to discover the whole of the gorges, and their wild beauty, also starting from Montbrun. The overnight stop is at a campsite in Sainte-Enimie.

Bram's Lac de Buzerens water sports center has become a must. Try out the water ski lift on an 800 m loop, ideal for beginners and for enjoying wakeboarding, skateboarding, water skiing and knee-boarding. For those who prefer to relax, there's paddle-boarding, pétanque or just lazing around. There are playgrounds for the little ones, and a walk around the lake. If you're feeling peckish, the snack bar is open 7 days a week for lunch and dinner, including for outside guests in search of nature or chill out.

Covering an area of more than 50 hectares, the Trois Lacs leisure centre is a vast complex that combines holidays and pleasure, with swimming, water sports and walks on the agenda. The site benefits from three beautiful lakes and their banks fully developed. The base has undergone a major transformation in recent years to offer a wide range of services. Out of season, the beautiful lakes are available for beautiful walks and fishing.

2 km from Castelnau-de-Montmiral, this leisure center extends over a beautiful 7-hectare lake. Most of these activities are under the supervision of professionals and are subject to a fee. As far as services are concerned, it's classic: first dives, training from level 1 to level 4, and you can even learn Tek. The lake of Gimont is a 2 hectare lake reserved for fishermen and walkers. You will find on its banks some leisure equipments like a swimming pool and tennis courts. There is also an area for camping cars where you can park by paying at the terminal. Not really developed, the lake is especially a small paradise for fishermen. You can catch roach, tench or pike-perch. It is also possible to fish in the rivers of Arrats and Gimone.

The team of 4 lifeguards of the community pool welcomes young and old in an environment that has received the Tourism & Handicap label. Various activities are programmed such as aqua-bike and aqua-tonic. Swimming lessons (individual or group) are given for all ages and a swimming certificate is offered. Copeyre canoeing is 120 km of descent on the Dordogne to discover its treasures. From Argentat to Beynac, you will navigate through 3 departments with varied landscapes: Corrèze, Lot and Dordogne. Day trips, or hikes over several days, create your own route. Paddles or Giant Paddles (8 people max) available in Copeyre and Gluges. Free bus ride up. Only condition: to be able to swim alone 25 m. This international diving center, in existence since 1954 and approved by the French Ministry of Youth and Sports and the FFESSM (Fédération française d'études et de sports sous-marins), offers you first-rate equipment and staff to discover the Côte Vermeille seabed. First dives take place by appointment on the rocky seabed in Collioure Bay, and daily snorkeling excursions are organized (equipment provided).

The vast nautical base offers canoes, kayaks and giant paddles for hire... There's even an aquatic zip-line!

The Rand'Eau Loisirs base offers you the opportunity to discover the Tarn and Garonne valleys by bike, canoe, kayak, boat or stand-up paddle. Each activity is available for hire or with an instructor. Those who choose canoeing can try their hand at this sport on the Moissac waterway, or go for a hike. A shuttle bus can bring you there, depending on your choice of route. Two hours will be enough, for example, to cover the five kilometres that separate Moissac from Saint-Nicolas-de-la-Grave.

The loop of the Tarn: 11 km of inland waterways are now open to allow boat passage from Montech to Montauban. The return from Montauban to Moissac by the Tarn will be possible in a few years.

The Tarn: Nature river takes its source at Mont-Lozere. You can get off it by leaving the Canal from Garonne to Moissac to the water centre of Saint Nicholas de la Grave to make some sport on the lake and everything around: windsurfing, tennis… and discover the Island of Birds with its ornithological observatory.

The lake of Tasconis is a natural space of relaxation and leisure where you will be able to fish (maps available at the tobacconist's), picnic, camp on a natural area, play a game of petanque, play volleyball, go for a walk, and take advantage of the playground for the children. The lake is also the starting point for many horseback rides. A "guinguette" with a terrace on the lake is open every day from May to October. Be careful, swimming is forbidden!

The beauty and richness of this artificial lake can be discovered on the way to Grazac, on the heights of Rabastens. Enjoyed by walkers and picnickers alike, it is particularly attractive to anglers, who can catch trout, roach and tench in large numbers. Its bucolic setting gives it a very pretty appearance and offers a tranquil getaway just 3 km from the city. Although swimming is unfortunately prohibited, it's a great spot to relax in the shade of the vegetation and take a stroll.

From Revel, take the road of Carcassonne (by the mountain) to Saint-Ferréol. In a green and quiet setting, come relax and enjoy the swimming, supervised in summer, and the many activities such as catamaran, canoe, windsurfing, climbing and connects addict.

Carla-Bayle, city of art, is a village attentive to its tourist activity. In order to fully satisfy the visitors and to diversify the activities, a lake of 15 ha was created years ago at the foot of the village. This club, affiliated with the French Federation, welcomes all those who want to discover rowing, nature, and rediscover the true values of sport. It is also the place of appointment for the lovers of this discipline who ask for regular training to be practiced in competition. Regularly, the volunteer members of the association organize outings in places of rame other than ponds and the sea - Lake du Salagou, hiking in the region, recreational weekends in France. During the school year, the training takes place on Wednesday afternoon, Saturday and Sunday morning.

Is it necessary to present Pure Kite? It is the most famous and oldest Kite school in the region. Jérôme Gouby has taught his passion for amateurs and professionals in Palavas les Flots for almost 14 years. The water base is installed in the water near their favourite spot (Maguelone Beach/Les Aresquiers) which enjoys very favourable weather conditions: high quality thermal breeze and frequent Tramontane.

"Akila Gruissan Pôle Étang" is a sailing school for beginners and advanced sailors. The certified staff is very attentive and able to teach different levels. Several sports are practiced such as wing foil, windsurfing, funboard, optimist or canoe... The material park is of very last technology to progress in the best conditions. The magnificent pond of Mateille is a secure place ideal for learning these various disciplines.
