In the summer, supervised sports and leisure activities are offered, free or not (mini-golf, basketball, soccer, badminton, archery...) which are aimed at holidaymakers as well as Condomois.

Located in a fabulous site, the Port Mahon Sigean nautical base welcomes you from March to November for your light sailing courses, nautical excursions, regatta organization or Handivoile activities. You can windsurf, catamaran, windsurf, wingfoil, funboat, kayak or paddle. Exceptional "Wildline" paddle and "100% nature at the end of the day" kayak trips are also available, as well as "water trekking" discovery tours, where you can experience nature on your own.

To enjoy the most sporting river in the Mediterranean, there is nothing better than a canoe or a kayak. Grandeur Nature offers you to sail on this water in complete safety and according to your desires. The less adventurous can rent a two-seater canoe or kayak to canoe and stroll around the lake. For the others, the routes vary from 5 km to 35 km, the longest is spread over 3 days. Surrounded by instructors you will discover incredible landscapes, a charming calm but also areas with rapids, a dam with slide to cross... A beautiful walk!

At the foot of the rocky coast, where the Pyrenees begin (or end), the Water Sport Aventure team will make your mouth water without drinking the cup with its three flagship activities: sea kayaking, paddle and windsurfing. These last two activities are nice but the Futé really loved the sea kayak rides to discover the hidden coves of the Côte Vermeille and to move at the water's edge to better observe without disturbing. All the walks are supervised and do not require exceptional physical condition.

The Dordogne, peaceful and authentic, awaits you for a descent by canoe or kayak! An unmissable trip in the region. On more than 120 km of descent, it offers itself to you as a gift from nature. Stand-up paddle on a river, it's simple but you had to think about it! RiverSide Paddle invites you to explore the mouth of the Tech (the Tech jar) as well as the Mas Larrieu nature reserve to the rhythm of your paddle. The pure and silent glide of the stand-up paddle or kayak is ideal for observing sea birds and the many fish... a very zen "Discovery" ride. Eco-friendly and fun, this is a very original way to discover the natural riches of the Radieuse coast in a different way. Beware, shoes are mandatory, no flip-flops!

JLC rents boats with or without a license, of the latest generation, some of which are electric. Wakeboard, water ski and towed buoy are also available! On site, the team will show you the most beautiful places to visit and will give you a small map so that you can find your way on the city's canals and on the pond. Please note: the sunset package offers a bucolic trip accompanied by a land or sea tasting platter, with a bottle of wine.

The meeting point is at Saint-Sériès in the Hérault department, but Kayak tribu offers you the chance to explore the Gard on kayaks ranging from 1 to 3 passengers, as well as paddles to navigate the Vidourle river and the magnificent Hérault gorges. Accessible from the age of 5, the activities include several courses ranging from 1 (for the paddle) to 14 km. An axe- and tomahawk-throwing stand has also recently opened. Lifejackets disinfected after each use, watertight containers and equipment are provided. Have a great vacation!

Embark on the Mansathau, a catamaran with mixed propulsion to discover the Thau lagoon. The 55-minute guided tour will take you through the oyster beds and provide you with a variety of information: after the geographical data, the captain will retrace the history of shellfish farming and explain the current farming methods with the help of a slide show. Gourmet escapade, sunset (only in summer) or private excursion with skipper are also available.

Alain, a mountain and sea lover, has no equal on the coast to share his discoveries and wonders with experienced divers or beginners. In July and August, the club offers guided snorkeling in the Paulilles cove in the heart of the marine park. What we really loved at Scuba Passion is the unique, warm and friendly atmosphere (no joking about safety) and the personality of the captain. Alain, between two dives, has so many stories to tell about the area and the wrecks... We still dream about it!

Ingréo is the third largest aquatic complex in France. Located in the heart of a magnificent rose garden, this facility is dedicated to sports, leisure and fitness for all. Open all year round, 7 days a week, Ingréo is equipped with a wide range of facilities: a space with six indoor and outdoor sports and leisure pools, a fitness and wellness centre and a beauty salon. Outdoor and indoor slides, and a 10-metre deep diving pit for an introduction to scuba diving, complete the offer.

This multi-activity leisure centre - created by the team of viaduct boatmen - is located at the entrance to Millau. It offers canoeing down the Tarn. For sport lovers, we also offer a via ferrata in the Tarn gorges, stand up paddle on a stretch of water or in the river, but also rental equipment to venture on the via ferrata courses. Navivoile is a catamaran with a yellow hull, 24.70 x 10 m, aboard which three qualified sailors welcome you all summer long. For an unforgettable day during which you will have the opportunity to sail along the Rocky coast, we advise you to opt for "swimming and grilling". The romantics will be able to choose to enjoy the Mediterranean sweetness by choosing the "sunset" option. In addition, a new cruise has been created "A la rencontre du Grand dauphin" (Meeting the Bottlenose Dolphin) departing from and returning to Port-Vendres in summer.

The Ariège is rich in more than 500 km of watercourses including 400 km practicable and accessible to white water sports. The rivers are classified from 1 to 6 according to the difficulty of the course. From private individuals to organised groups, you will find in Foix all the formulas and activités : rental, accompanied descent, initiation, improvement, training courses. In addition, the Rebech white water stadium offers activities encadrées : canoeing, kayaking, rafting, inflatable kayaking and white water swimming.

A new wake park recently opened 30 minutes from Toulouse. On a huge water plan, he surges for a nautical lift session. On the site you can practice beach volleyball, stand-up-paddle, bowls, trampoling… In short, everything to relax a good time and find yourself among friends. The Aquatic Complex opened in 2015, with a 25-meter covered pool, a learning pool, a whirlpool, two saunas and a relaxation area with mineral and massage showers. The complex is very complete and pleasant. On sunny days, bathers can take place on the solarium or in the outdoor pool, which is completed by a counter-current swimming lane. Many aquatic activities are also offered. A nice family outing or something to keep in shape for sportsmen.

Michel Mondié (30 years spent in the elite of mountain rescue) invites you to a sportive and playful discovery of the beautiful Catalan Country: climbing, via ferrata, canyoning, hiking. And we can tell you, it really favours human relations and knows how to adapt to the level of each one. Le Petit Futé really loved it and spent unforgettable moments!

Espace de Liberté is the Aude department's and the region's flagship sports and tourist site, offering a wide range of activities to suit all tastes:

Aqualudic area: In the indoor area, you'll discover a 25 m, 6-lane swimming pool, heated to 29°C. Families will discover an aqua-family area with slides, a bubble bath and a 300 m² Slash Pad for safe fun. The O'Tonic, a special aquafitness pool, is dedicated to aquabike, crosstraining, Pilates... Outdoor swimmers will appreciate the south-facing Olympic pool (50 m), open from April 1 to a date depending on the weather forecast. For relaxation: the solarium and shaded picnic area. In summer, don't miss the famous Water Jump, featuring 4 exceptional 9 to 12 m-high slopes.

The skating rink: Both sporty and fun, the skating rink caters for all ages. Light shows and DJs accompany young and old on the 800 m² ice rink. It's the perfect place to have fun with friends in a relaxed atmosphere, or to perfect your skating skills and perform the most daring tricks.

Bowling: Discover the 12 superb bowling lanes with scenography and its English pub, the Private Bowling Club. The Private Bowling Club is ideal for after-work, in the evening for delicious cocktails and on Thursdays for free live concerts, comfortably seated in cosy armchairs.

The classic route, which lasts 3 to 4 hours, covers 12 km in the heart of the wilderness. Starting upstream from the village, there are no roads, villages or campsites. With short rapids suitable for beginners, you'll cross the Hérault gorges, an area accessible only on foot or by boat. Another 4 km route, starting downstream, is ideal for children. You can enjoy canoeing for as long as you like, picnicking, swimming and immersing yourself in the lush natural surroundings.

Lac des Montagnès is both a natural site and a friendly leisure center. The lake is most popular in July and August, the two months when it is open for supervised swimming. A 300-metre-long sandy beach, water games, miniature golf, a paddling pool and an adventure park have all been laid out. Not forgetting the refreshment facilities, restaurants and picnic areas dotted around the lake.

The L'Isle-Jourdain leisure park covers almost 25 hectares to the west of the town, and includes a picnic area. Two artificial lakes fed by the Save river offer a wide range of activities. Electrically-assisted bicycles are available all year round from the tourist office, or you can explore the hiking trails on foot. There are four of them, each with a different theme: a cycling trail, an artistic discovery trail through the murals of L'Isle-Jourdain, a turnkey tour of the historic town center, and a heritage discovery rally for children. The skate park, city stadium, beach volleyball court, petanque courts, fitness area and tennis courts, located between the two lakes, are also accessible all year round. April marks the start of the season. The heated swimming pool boasts an ideal temperature of 28°C for aquagym, aquabike or swimming lessons. Adrenalin junkies and wakeboarders return to the waterski lift. Tricks are performed using structures placed on the lake. It's not until May, when the lake is a little warmer, that paddleboat and pedal-boat rentals start up again. In July and August, the mini-golf course livens up days and early evenings. Ask at the tourist office about all these activities.

For over 30 years, this association has been canoeing the rivers of the Haut Languedoc. Tours range from 5 km to 36 km, or from 1.5 hours to 3 days (with bivouac), depending on level. Experienced paddlers can simply hire the equipment, while beginners will be accompanied by qualified, licensed professionals. Along the way, you'll discover the waterways and rapids of the Orb before your very eyes... In winter, depending on water levels, rafting is also available. You can also eat and camp on site.

Located on the plateau of the lakes, Lac de la Raviège is the result of a 35 m high dam located on the Agoût river. The 410 ha of water allows you to practice many activities. Young and old can learn to sail, windsurf and even sail on a motorboat. And, a classic feature of the waterways, pedal boats are available for hire. Around the lake other activities await the holidaymakers.... There is even a relaxation area with sauna, spa and whirlpool in the town of Nages. A very nice place!

Feel like splashing around? Swimming against the current, outdoor vegetation, lagoon with water cannon, river, giant slide, waterfalls... It's in Colomiers! On the well-being side, sauna, whirlpool and hammam! It is also possible to take baby swimming or aquagym classes. The Menthe à l'eau restaurant allows you to have lunch on the spot, or to give in to the call of a little ice cream. One of the best equipped pools for the price of a municipal pool.

The Uvarium Port Area offers an exceptional stopover for boaters who navigate on the Canal Latéral de la Garonne and the Tarn River. Located only a few dozen kilometers from the cities of Montauban and Toulouse, this port area invites you to walk the path from "water to stone" by giving access to contrasting landscapes and rich in heritage. At the end of August, it is the unavoidable "Fête des Plaisanciers" (Boatmen's Festival) which animates the port, the occasion to meet and exchange around common passions. A rich moment of escape awaits you.

This beautiful pool offers all the pleasures of water together: sports and leisure pools, both indoors and outdoors, pentagliss, giant slide, whirlpools, diving pit, fitness center with weight room, sauna, steam room... Nothing has been forgotten, including a large paddling pool for budding swimmers, sunbathing areas, green spaces and a refreshment area. There's entertainment all summer long.

This 100-hectare stretch of water is a wonderful place to relax, where windsurfers, canoeists, kayakers and carp fishermen all have a great time. Its supervised beaches are an invitation to relax, sunbathe and swim... The lake is just a two-minute drive from Homps, the Mecca of boating on the Canal du Midi, and the starting point for a trip along the water on traditional gabares. Every summer, water games are set up on the lake; ask about rates.

On the beach of Saint-Antonin, climb on a canoe to enjoy the river and its coolness. It meanders and curves through the greenery of a wild environment. In harmony with nature, the Vartiation Sport Nature base organizes half-day or full-day canoeing and kayaking trips. For adventure lovers, many outdoor activities are offered, on the trails (hiking, mountain biking), on the slopes (climbing, via ferrata), or even under our feet (speleology), or in the open field (archery).

The 1,000 m² of the aquatic complex guarantees you great thrills. They are structured around an indoor and an outdoor swimming pool surrounded by a lawn with trees. Behind the large bay windows, you can contemplate the five pools in the centre: a 25-metre sports pool, a recreational pool with a depth varying from 0.40 to 0.90 metres, an "adventure" pool and two pools dedicated to slides and pentagliss. If the sound volume becomes too disturbing, we advise you to go to the outdoor area and its 3 ha park.

More than 1.2 million visitors each year, 16 hectares are dedicated to leisure activities, fishing, swimming, rowing or canoeing, but also walking, running or cycling around it (nearly 8 km) with a health course and a magnificent view of the mountains as a bonus. It is a place for the whole family in summer and winter. The picnic areas and walking paths are very well maintained. The second lake of 14 ha is a bird sanctuary.

At 2 minutes from Le Boulou, on the edge of the lake of Saint-Jean-Pla-de-Cort, you have to be at least 1.20 m tall to play the tarzans, the little ones (from 3 to 7 years old) have their own course "Ptit Pousse", a continuous life line and an access to the splash tyrolienne which crosses the water. Count on 3 hours for the complete course and take advantage of it to picnic, fish, swim, go pedal boating or horseback riding. Possibility of restoration with the guinguette of the Lake.

On a 3 hectare site, Aqualudia offers 1800 m² of water and outdoor games in a beautiful green environment. In the 850 m² covered area, sports or activity pools, play pools and paddling pool, a water slide. For more relaxation, take advantage of the balneo and sauna, hammam, whirlpool and relaxation pool. The Nordic area of 600 m² outside is open all year round and accessible through a water corridor. It is completed by a space open from June to September where you will discover the pentagliss... with six lanes!

Discovering the Aveyron by water offers new views on the nature and the surrounding villages. On board a canoe or a paddle, there are different circuits from Saint-Antonin to Cazals, from Saint-Antonin to Penne, from Lexos to Penne, or a one-hour discovery on the spot. The descent of the Aveyron is accessible to all from 5 years old. As the possibility of the boat tipping over cannot be totally excluded, it is recommended to know how to swim and to be in good physical condition. At the end of the trip, a shuttle bus will take you back to Saint-Antonin.

For over 35 years, the Office des Sports de Montagne has been offering a wide range of activities to satisfy visitors' thirst for adventure. Forerunners in canyoning, they introduced the first all-inclusive packages for these activities. They also offer year-round outdoor activities such as via ferrata, water trekking in Spain, rafting on the Neste d'Aure, downhill scootering, paragliding, snowshoe trekking, and much more!

This aquatic centre extends over 10,000^m2 and offers three areas for sports, leisure and wellness centred around various water-based activities. Thus, at "l'Archipel", you will be able to benefit from a swimming pool area, an aquatic leisure area and treatments with Spa and fitness area. The play area consists of numerous water games with slides, a counter-current walk, whirlpool baths, bubble beds... Courses are also offered.

The city of Sète offers you the superb Raoul-Fonquerne bathing center, well appreciated by the locals. You can enjoy the Olympic pool, the competition pool, the wave pool and the paddling pool, the slides and the solarium, but also the 3 sports halls: a weight room reserved for high level teams, a cardio fitness room available to sportsmen and women and to the general public, in free access or for group classes, and a fitness room.

To discover the Côte Vermeille on a stable, fast and ecological boat. Aléoutes is a multi-activity leisure club where sea kayaking holds a central place that takes you to places accessible only by kayak with a mask and tuba break in wild creeks. We like the sunset formula with aperitif break, the camp-hiking, coastal trekking through the marine reserve to reach the Costa Brava or passing Cape Béar to enter the bay of Collioure. The more adventurous will appreciate the raids over several days.

When the Quercy sun is at its zenith and the heat becomes unbearable, it is good to enjoy the coolness of the water. The beach in Montcuq is possible thanks to this bathing area supervised in summer. The 4,5 ha lake is a great asset ! Everything is planned so that the summer people have a good time on the white sand. A chalet restaurant, a picnic area with free access barbecue, and a playground complete the range of services. Lazing around, swimming, but also fishing and canoeing (without equipment rental) are possible.

If you are looking for adventure and three-dimensional nature, don't hesitate to come to Nature Escapade. Nature Escapade's first speciality is the rental of canoes and kayaks, from one to three seats, offering you routes on the Tarn, from seven to seventeen km depending on your wishes and your motivation. The plan d'eau de l'Uby is a huge 80-hectare lake for relaxation, with a fitness trail where you can enjoy fishing and rowing in a competitive channel all year round. In summer, bathing is supervised from the large sandy beach. You can go pedal boating, canoeing or paddle-boarding, and enjoy water games and an adventure park for the kids. There's also a 25-metre swimming pool, tennis, volleyball, basketball and pétanque courts.

This certified diving school is based in Port-Leucate, a few steps from the sea. On the spot, several formulas will be proposed to you according to your expectations and your level: initiation, discovery, training, exploration... Everything is done under the aegis of qualified instructors, passionate and qualified "guides of the sea". Specialists in diving for children, the instructors organize baptisms from the age of 6. The environment of the club promises magnificent dives: rocky plateau, coralligenous bottoms, maze of "la Sorcière"...

Ludina is a water park located in a one and a half hectare green area. Its position on the banks of the Petite Baïse river and at the gateway to the city is ideal. The park offers its visitors games and activities to entertain the whole family. First of all, there are the bubble pools, slides, hydromassage jets, pools and ponds for the little ones. There are also playgrounds and a beach volleyball court to keep you busy out of the water. Ludina is the ideal place to enjoy the Gers sun without suffering from the heat.

This 80-foot blue trimaran, moored in front of the station, is a real Formula 1 capable of reaching 40 knots. It has participated in the greatest offshore races, including the Route du Rhum... If you like strong emotions, come on board. This extraordinary trimaran is capable of going in one day to tickle the Pyrenees-Orientales on one side, the Camargue on the other. On board, three experienced skippers will share the maneuvers with you. No more than ten people can come aboard. Many services and strong sensations.

Water is very present in the region. The lakes are environments conducive to the discovery of biodiversity. La Thésauque is also a leisure center with a water park and a supervised swimming area. For those who enjoy walking or mountain biking, there is a six-kilometer circuit along the banks. Open on weekends, the restaurant allows for moments of reunion around the table. Several types of guided excursions on the Thau lagoon or at sea are proposed to discover Sète and the surrounding area with family or friends. The city center tour, to discover Sète in a different way: the canals, the port, the secret corners. Or, on the Mediterranean side with the port, the creeks and the sea caves. Or the fauna and flora of the Thau lagoon and the oyster beds.

Organiser of outings, weekends and outdoor courses such as canyoning, mountain biking, climbing, rafting, hydrospeed, sea and river kayaking, via ferrata... Multidisciplinary and very professional, Sabrina and Jean from In Extremis Aventura will help you discover the department in its adventure and open air version. Whatever the activity, quality equipment is provided. The spearhead of In Extremis remains canyoning, an activity that starts at the age of 8 and is available in several versions depending on the level of each person. And in Vallespir, the canyons are magnificent!

A specialist in canoeing trips, Acti Eaux Vives offers you the opportunity to discover the region for several hours or several days. Beginners can start with the baptism, which is carried out at the base, to acquire the basics of this sport and to integrate the safety guidelines. You can then rent a half-day boat to make a choice itinerary, 5 km (the Little Route) at 12 km (the Full), depending on your desires and your mastery of canoeing. Acti Eaux Vives listed for you the points of interest you will encounter on the road: mills, dams, bridges, fast… The club is open all year, but less regularly off season.
