On the beach of Saint-Antonin, climb on a canoe to enjoy the river and its coolness. It meanders and curves through the greenery of a wild environment. In harmony with nature, the Vartiation Sport Nature base organizes half-day or full-day canoeing and kayaking trips. For adventure lovers, many outdoor activities are offered, on the trails (hiking, mountain biking), on the slopes (climbing, via ferrata), or even under our feet (speleology), or in the open field (archery).

Un accueil sympathique et un encadrement professionnel.Les moniteurs vous conseillent au mieux, pour ne pas s'épuiser et passer une journée agréable pour une descente de l'Aveyron en canoë. Plusieurs formules sont proposées, à la journée ou demi-journée, l'arrêt picnic sur les berges étant possible, tout comme la baignade ou le "saut de l'ange" du haut d'un piton rocheux au milieu de la rivière. En été, l'activité est très prisée et il y a beaucoup d'embarcations. "Variation" propose aussi une belle via ferrata avec guide, située à une heure de route de SAINT ANTONIN.

third time we canoeing in family on holiday, it is the first time that we give us instructions for the handling of the paddles, welcomes you upon arrival and that we are not like sardines brought back to the starting point. I wanted festival my burial of life of young boys in canoeing, but I found the hours too strict. it is holiday not done to be taken head, went to see elsewhere.

Établissement sérieux qui donne des consignes de sécurité et de maniement du matériel nécessaire au bon déroulement de la journée.
Nous nous sommes arrêtés plusieurs fois le long des berges, pour profiter de notre pic nique et de la baignade... attention en été l'Aveyron est très fréquenté, victime de son succès.
