Every first Thursday of the month, the MJC Pont des Demoiselles in Toulouse offers a traditional ball workshop. Traditional music teachers and their students can take the stage to test their repertoire, make people dance and put themselves in the situation of ball musicians. The Ariège is used to ski lifts! This one will not take you to the top of the Tute de l'Ours nor to the peak of Cadène but will give you strong sensations, just as pleasant on the river of the same name. You will be pulled on 800 m at the speed of a speedboat by one of the oldest ski lifts of France. Everything is secure, supervised, and a boat will even come to pick you up in case of trouble. Located in Moissac, the Rand'Eau Loisirs base offers you the opportunity to discover the Tarn and Garonne valleys by bike, canoe, kayak, boat without a license or stand-up paddle. Each activity is available for hire or with an instructor. Those who choose canoeing can try their hand at this sport on the Moissac waterway, or go on a trip (from a few hours to several days). A shuttle can bring you forward, depending on your choice of itinerary.

The Sherpa base is located 10 minutes from the ski resort of Peyragudes. Here many activities are offered to enjoy the mountain and its beauty! In summer program, trapper workshops, Amerindian bivouac, archery, or chainsaw-mounted sculpture. In winter you can try the snowshoes, the attelage and especially the baptism of sleigh. Here you'll find some forty Nordic dogs to take advantage of these many activities of full nature.

Seven hiking trails have been created, including the Art Nature trail. In the centre of Latouille-Lentillac, to the left of the church, a small path climbs up to the locality of Larraufie where the walk starts. The Art Nature path is a real museum in the woods, combined with a botanical path. Throughout a walk of more than a kilometre, you will discover about sixty surprising, tender, magical works of art... A poetic and enchanting walk. To see and to see again, alone, with your partner or with your family, it is always a great pleasure and it is... free of charge.

This year, the Railway Nîmois Sports Club offers free diving for women. The aim of this operation is to popularize this activity that is still little known and practised, especially among those ladies. The initiation is smooth in the swimming pool of the Pablo Neruda center, the first Wednesday of every month until June (included). The meeting takes place between 21 a. m. and 22 p. m. Once the swimming pool is deserted by the swimmers. In this space alone, and carefully supervised by professionals, you can discover this sport at your pace.

Every summer, the lake of Saint-Nicolas-de-la-Grave comes back to life. The banks are lined with walkers, camping holidaymakers and children in discovery classes. Swimming is unfortunately forbidden but the leisure centre offers pedal boats, windsurfers, optimists and canoes for hire to explore the 400 hectares of this stretch of water. The only advice is to stay away from the islands, which are home to many species of birds.

Canoe Leisure offers you to discover Saint-Antonin-Noble-Val through the Water. This small village with medieval character is even more appreciated from the river which gives you access to points of view that you could not see from the ground. A journey from 10 kilometres to 18 kilometres from the gorges of Aveyron, from Saint-Antonin to Féneyrols. A free mini-bus will allow you to make the journey only in a sense.

Located near the Saint-Antonin-Noble-Val Bridge, À Canard is a specialist in the discovery of the Gorges of Aveyron in Canoe-Kayak. The Domaine des Dieux de Nistos is a true paradise for cross-country skiers. The vast Grand Tourmalet ski area brings together two ski resorts, Barèges and La Mongie, offering a total of over 69 ski runs. Cross-country skiers are not left out, thanks to the Barèges Nordic area. A 14-kilometre route allows cross-country skiers to enjoy the snow-covered landscape. Payolle and the Lienz plateau also offer a variety of circuits, suitable for both snowshoeing and Nordic skiing.

Condom's entertainment base proposes you to discover the Land countryside on a canoe for the hour or half a day. Beginners can be accompanied by a monitor for a 3-hour walk or a 2-hour class course. Set in the heart of the Causse forest, this area is designed for keen and experienced cyclists as well as amateurs and beginners. This environmentally-friendly mountain bike park is divided into three routes, each accessible according to age and level. The first has been designed and made safe for toddlers. The second, with two workshops and three natural obstacles, is reserved for 5 to 8 year-olds. The third circuit, just over a kilometer long, is punctuated by a footbridge and numerous obstacles to appeal to the over 8s. Sensations for the whole family.

Located in the gorges of the Tarn, the Canophile offers you the opportunity to discover this site on a canoe or kayak. It is indeed from the surface of the water that the place seems the most imposing and wild. The Embarcadère pier is located just a few hundred metres from the village of Sainte-Enimie, whose water plan allows for a peaceful start to the practice of this water sport. Boats rent on time or for several days, depending on the route you wish to make. The Canophile offers several routes 8 to 40 kilometres upstream or downstream from the village.

Since 2015, Christian Rizzo has taken over the artistic direction of the Institut Chorégraphique International de Montpellier. The institute has a transversal vision of creation, training, artistic education and opening to the public. Numerous shows are offered at the Agora with exceptional pieces, but the ICI is also committed through its creation and production pole to supporting projects and training dancers.

The club to the northwest of Toulouse was born almost 90 years ago. Now in Fédérale 1, Blagnac Rugby has a fine record of achievement, having won the French Fédérale 2 Championship in 2001 and 2010, the French 7-a-side Championship in 2015, and most recently the French Espoirs National Championship in 2021. Matches are held at the Stade Ernest Argelès, on the banks of the Garonne and not far from the airport. You can watch Team 1 take on neighboring Albi, Dax and Tarbes. The club also has a Pôle Jeune and a women's team competing in the Élite 1 league.

In particular, you go to Saillagol, two-thirds of the course; if you are tired, make a short stop: you may find some dogs or cats happy to get caresser!

Nice leisure center hidden in the middle of oak trees in a hilly environment. The fine sandy beach is safe for the little ones. There is plenty to keep you busy (flyboard, pedal boats, archery, beach soccer, children's games...) and plenty to refresh and eat at the brewery. Swimming is supervised in the afternoon, on weekends in June and September from 12:00 to 18:00, and every day in July and August from 12:00 to 19:00. Throughout the year, the lake is freely accessible to walkers and fishermen.

With its lake promenade, skatepark, multi-sports field, playground, boulodrome and swimming pool, the municipality of Fleurance has pulled out all the stops to offer its residents a summer leisure facility worthy of the name. The 360 m² aqualudic pool, balneotherapy area, running river, waterfalls, paddling pool and training pool will delight young and old alike. The adjoining lawn is often fully booked, especially in hot weather. Swimming is supervised and lifeguards offer swimming and aquagym lessons.

At the end of March, the town of Alès receives one of the rare races of races against the watch organised in the Hexagon, and takes place between the city and the Belvedere. Cape Nature is a recreational park that combines several sports activities: acrobatic course in the trees, orientation race, paintball and canoeing. You can hire a single-day boat or tandem boat to get off the Lot, which surrounds the park. The calm waters will allow beginners to start and admire the village of Pradines from the river. Group-controlled outputs can be arranged on reservation.

Every year in early June, cyclists gather for the Montée du Géant, an event in the Hautes-Pyrénées that celebrates the ascent of the Le Géant statue to 2,115 m altitude on the Tourmalet. Designed by Jean-Bernard Métais, the statue honors all the cyclists who have tackled this climb in the Tour de France, including Octave Lapize, the first rider to do so in 1910. It's an opportunity to make a unique ascent, which the bravest cyclists do by the strength of their calves.

Le Domaine du Chiaoula offers five snowshoe courses, from level to level confirmed. Standard itineraries are relatively short: 2 km (Chemin du Refuge) 5 km (Col du Riufred). It is therefore possible to combine several in the same day, depending on the time and energy you have. The heart of the snow (and skiing) network is the Refuge refuge, which can be reached within an hour's walk. It will offer you a pleasant break, and especially well deserved!

Nordic skiing enthusiasts can take advantage of the courses that strient the station, from the easy to experienced level. Those who want to try something new will be able to try downhill skiing within the Zone of Northern Evolution. You will then have to detach from the linear line to bypass bumps or try jumps and other slides. During the school holidays, "races for laughs" are organised every Saturday.

Situated at an altitude of 1,300 metres, Etang de Lers welcomes sports enthusiasts and mountain lovers in winter and summer alike. When the snow begins to cover the slopes, a vast Nordic area comes to life. A total of 25 kilometers of Nordic ski trails and 23 kilometers of snowshoe trails are marked out every year. A toboggan run and an orienteering course complete this family-friendly area. Dogs are allowed in the pedestrian area.

Every summer, the lake of Fourcaud welcomes sportsmen and Holidaymakers who are looking for freshness. The recreational base offers canoes, kayaks, optimists and pedal boats to explore the six hectares of the lake. Accessible for beginners, these boats can accommodate several people, for a relaxing moment in family. There are also areas for children and collective sports.

Separating the Ariège and Aude, Lake Montbel is a vast expanse of artificial water where sportsmen can engage in many activities. The Voile River Sailing Club offers Optimists and canoes on time. Only a few, you will be able to explore the contours of the lake or take advantage of the beaches to make a relaxing break under the benevolent rays of the summer sun. Those who do not like crowds will find a guaranteed change of scenery within 570 hectares.

Covering a surface of 45 hectares, Lake Mercus is the paradise of sportsmen and women. And they are right: Its water base and relaxation area are perfect for the return of the beautiful days. While some will take the rays of the sun on the sandy beach, others will enjoy the freshness of the water on board a pedal boat or a padde stand-up that are rented on time. The originality of the lake: its nautical ski lift! A double cable allows you to initiate or train water skiing on a 760-metre course.

Here is a friendly club where you can try skydiving. Discover the Pyrenees up close and fly over the relief during 20 minutes, like the Pic du Midi and the Montaigu. During the free fall and the piloting of the parachute you will make panoramic views in order to discover cities and villages of the Béarn and Bigourdan piedmont. In the heart of the Regional Natural Park of the Grandes Causses, the nautical base Les Chemins de Traverse invites you to challenge the waters of the Tarn, which alternate rapids, calm passages and small beaches for breaks. Two courses are proposed: the descent of Cardelles (7 km), and the descent of Connac (14 km). The rental price includes a bus ride to allow you to do only the descent of the river. These itineraries offer you the beautiful landscapes of the Tarn valley and a privileged encounter with the local fauna and flora.

From April to September, you can explore the Gorges du Tarn and Jonte on a canoe-kayak, alone or in several. The choice of course is made on the map. Beginners and families will find their happiness in Villefranche thanks to the kayaks of the Sports and Nature Association. Those who try water sports for the first time will be able to rent a boat on time to train on the water, with or without a monitor. Next, the association offers a tour of the city known as "Hike des Moulins". A monitor will accompany you for two hours to guide you and present you the sights of the city from water. Located on the banks of the Lot, Bouillac's nautical base offers you the opportunity to discover rowing and canoeing. Up to three people can ride on the same boat, ideal for a sport moment with family or friends. Several different pathways of intensities are accessible from the base. The shortest, 2 h, is a round-trip between the base and La Roque-Bouillac. The other courses are in a sense only, the longest way to reach Grand-Vabre in 27 km.

This aquatic area in Palavas has everything: a 25-metre sports pool for free or in-course swimming, aquagym, aquabike, a play pool, slides, paddling pools, as well as outdoor games? Open every day, even on public holidays, you can rent a water line to swim at your own pace, or do an introduction to rescue and first aid from 13 years old. It's a relaxing and enjoyable rendezvous with the pretty and sporty Palavas. It's perfect, especially if you want to avoid crowded beaches and have games.

There are ten signposted walks starting from Rieumes, representing one hundred and twenty kilometres of paths. Seven of them meander through the valley and present no particular difficulty, so they are perfect for family outings, while three others cover the hillsides and require a little more effort, which is quickly rewarded by the panorama. You will find details of the routes, information and safety instructions at the tourist information office.

Looking for thrills? The base of Antignac awaits you. On the program, four activities are proposed: Archery game and Laser tag, water game and bouncy castle in summer only. The latest addition is the water gun. Equipped with technological water guns SPYRABLAST with a full tank, you can shoot 22 SpyraBlasts! Your tactical display shows tank volume and battery status at all times. Your feet are dry but you still come out wet if your opponent is a good shot! The base offers tourists the opportunity to relive the course of the gabares, these flat-bottomed boats which transport fertilizers, cereals, wines and armagnacs at the beginning of the last century.
