Nogaro's bullring and Club Taurin host the annual Landes race meetings, with a festive atmosphere and an enthusiastic audience for the arrival of the cow. Thierry Jalbaud - a state-certified cycling instructor, holder of the "Certificat de Qualification Handisport randonnée" (Handisport hiking qualification certificate) and a French National Education accreditation - offers mountain bike tours, courses and lessons in the heart of the most beautiful sites in the area. Training sessions enable you to become autonomous over a cycle, learn how to orientate yourself with a GPS, find your bearings and follow the trails. Saint-Sulpice is embraced by a mosaic of landscapes just waiting to be discovered. It is criss-crossed by numerous signposted footpaths, allowing you to get close to its natural and heritage treasures. Le Petit Futé shares two favorites:

the Pays d'en hauttrail , covering 15 km and passing through Lugan, Azas and Saint-Sulpice

the Plaines de l'Agouttrail : 6 km long, it passes through Saint-Lieux-lès-Lavaur and the Ludolac leisure park

Starting from the lake of Nabeillou, between woods and hills, the path of the Three Lakes offers beautiful views of the region. Lakes and forests, panoramas of crests and multicolored valleys, will make you discover a preserved fauna and flora. A rather impressive nature bath! With a length of 7,5 km, and a duration of approximately 2h30, you will discover on the way an old chapel, Notre-Dame-des-Vignes, and pretty woods. And for the more athletic, there is a fitness trail around the lakes of Miquelou and Nabeillou.

Bernadette and Patrick Rossignol welcome you to this stone farmhouse with its blue shutters. Farmers and outdoor sports enthusiasts, they'll tell you all about the farm and guide you in activities such as canyonning, mountain biking, hiking, caving or tree climbing. In winter, you can even go snowshoeing. At the farm, children can learn how to bake bread, fly a kite or discover the world of bats. Sport, relaxation, discovery and nature are all on the agenda!

This fun trail was created at the Col de la Bassine, on the road to Brassac, 6 kilometers from Lacaune. At an altitude of nearly 1,000 meters, the 3.5 km itinerary lasts a maximum of 1.5 hours. Its circuit leads to the discovery of a well-preserved nature and of the traditions or legends that have marked its history. To better understand the different elements of this interpretation trail, booklets for adults and children are on sale at the Lacaune tourist information office.

Located in a wooded setting, this artificial lake of about ten kilometres long is sometimes difficult to access but it is worth the effort. Although swimming is not allowed, it attracts fishermen and windsurfers. It is also dotted with numerous hiking trails and offers the possibility of picnicking in peace. From the lake, a 53-kilometre hiking trail, inaugurated in 2002, leads to the Banquet Gorge. Vertiginous, wedged between the rock and the thick forest, it is an astonishing spectacle that never disappoints.

The area around Lacaune boasts over 1,000 hectares of deciduous and coniferous trees, as well as numerous hiking trails and picnic areas. More than half of the Monts de Lacaune's surface area is forested, a perfect illustration of the department's conservation and protection efforts. Most of the forest is made up of hardwoods - dominated by beech - located on the heights and slopes. Perfect for venturing out into the greenery.

Golf d'Albi is one of the most popular golf courses in the Tarn region. Superbly designed by Jean Garaïalde and Jeremy Pern, the 18 varied holes of this 6,157-meter course perfectly combine technique and originality. Surrounded in part by the river Tarn and dotted with a number of ponds, it's a pretty spot of greenery that deserves to be trodden and played. Between two swings, you can enjoy the restaurant, whose terrace offers a breathtaking view of the course. In addition, there's a store to help you with all your equipment needs, whatever your level.

If Altissimo has managed to win the hearts of climbers all over France, it's in Albi that you'll have the opportunity to discover a place that's truly exceptional for its sheer immensity! This former cement works, transformed into a climbing gym by Patrick Bonami, boasts 1,000^m2 of climbing space, some 4,000 holds, 150 routes (difficulty up to 8B) and a height of 15 metres. This makes it one of the highest climbing gyms in Europe! Talented coaches run the gym with efficiency and care. Audiences of all levels gather here.

Created in 1996, the League aims to promote and develop the practice of Tambourine ball in Occitanie. Benoit will show you the steps of the assembly of a Laguiole, guillochage, adjustment of the handle, shaping... The trainee leaves with his knife.

Nestled at an altitude of 1450 m, between the Louron and Bagnères de Luchon valleys, the Sherpa base is a total immersion in the world of sled dogs. With 40 Nordic dogs, it offers year-round nature activities: dog sledding, cani-rando, sulky, go-karting and visits to the park. The memorable experience of a dogsled baptism lets you savor the silence of the snow under your skates, carried by 10 to 12 huskies. After training, you can even drive your own team of 4 huskies through snow-covered landscapes!

Located between 1,700 and 2,215 meters above sea level, the Saint-Lary Mountain Bike Park, with its 10 marked trails, is one of the best places for downhill mountain biking in the Pyrenees. Thanks to the Bouleaux chairlift equipped with bike racks, access to the slopes is quick and easy. The trails, suitable for experts and beginners alike, offer a fun and friendly experience. Although the terrain is safe, we strongly recommend that you wear the correct equipment: helmets and gloves are mandatory. Children under 12 must be supervised.

Even for an hour, quad biking go strolling outside. Cathar Country has 500 miles of slopes and available trails quad. Tracks and paths leading up streams and valleys, cross passes and ridges, along natural sites and historical monuments. There is plenty to do. You can bring your quad or rent one - 250 cc to 650 cc. For more scenery, aim to an excursion to Morocco, framed by the preparers of the competitors quad and 4x4 of the Rally of Gazelles.

Elisabeth de Corbigny is the "woman who whispers in the ear of horses". She is a whisperer who educates horses of course, but especially riders. Copeyre canoeing is 120 km of descent on the Dordogne to discover its treasures. From Argentat to Beynac, you will navigate through 3 departments with varied landscapes: Corrèze, Lot and Dordogne. Day trips, or hikes over several days, create your own route. Paddle or Giant Paddle (8 people max) available in Copeyre and Gluges. Free bus ride up. Only condition: to be able to swim alone 25m. This 4-star greenway was developed by the municipality of Toulouse for 10 km and then by the Department of Haute-Garonne for 43 km following the towpath of the canal. It is the longest and most beautiful in the region, the first section of an itinerary to Sète, in the shade of large plane trees. Here passes the splendid Véloroute du canal des Deux Mers. Along the way, you can admire the canal's engineering structures, locks and others, and the villages of the Lauragais.

At Soum-de-Matte, the view on the massif is exceptional and not to be missed. By the cornice, you can ski to the heart of Espiaube, an area much appreciated by snowboarders and good skiers. This mountain sport association offers outings for climbing, hiking, canyoning, alpine skiing, trucking. It is a dynamic club that brings together qualified coaches for snowshoe or walking tours, in the Pyrenees, the Alps and even abroad. The tour of the lakes, from late May to early October, offers hikers a memorable experience. They follow the trail to Aubert and Aumar, which starts from the Lac d'Orédon parking lot. Located on the left-hand side of the route des lacs, about 1 km after Orédon, the trail takes less than an hour to reach the first laquette. The hike continues along the GR10 towards Estoudou, before returning to Orédon, the starting point for this trail, which is accessible to all walkers in good physical condition.

Pyrenees Air Passion is a ULM flying school for carmesine and the classes. In this respect, Patrick MILLOT provides the following training: Theoretical training with a view to obtaining the common theoretical review ULM. Practical training with a view to obtaining the ULM CLASSE or THE class patent. Training at the DNC (skill level statement), parachute, aerial photo, surveillance and towing of commercials.
