If the place does not necessarily pay a mine though very clean, the Atomic is the right address that the Bagnolais take under the coat. In fact, despite a rather "canteen" framework, the reception is particularly friendly and the food often reserves excellent surprises and a very good value for money. We stay in a family kitchen but the card changes regularly, including an excellent and very rich couscous. Meats and grills, above all, are the honor and the reputation of the place. Above all, excellent point for summer, the Atomic has a terrace of more than one hundred covered. So, of course, it is not high gastronomy but the products are fresh, good and cheap. We are not asking for more!

Very nearly the "Great M" and vis-a-vis the tram station to Sabines, this beautiful brasserie draws up its terrace overlooking at this incipient neighborhood where all the streets have candy names. A clear room, a large bar, a cosy parlor and a simple and comfortable table setting open on the cuisine, here is for the decor! Fabrice Addario, the chef, declines a such range these specialties sometimes traditional, sometimes impressed originality. In set menu: salad of poultry to Asian flavours, skewer Tex-mex charolais beef and apples shot, roast fishing, sorbet chocolate. In short, all is cooked there with know-how and inventiveness. This address knew to find its brands and counts already a good amount of aficionados. The big screens also make it possible to the sporting-men to follow their games into live. Nice and family atmosphere.

For the past Six Years, Jean-Luc Delpierro, also owner of the Unexpected in Langlade, serves traditional cuisine that is enjoyed in the west of Nîmes. With a choice of three formulas (full menu, à la carte or midi formula), the entire family is mobilized to seduce you. Couscous, paella, sauerkraut, cassoulet, veal head, snails, spider pig with herbs of Provence… The dish changes every lunchtime and it's 90% home. They will not be kept rigorous for the remaining 10%: with such a selection of traditional dishes, you can't do everything yourself!

The resumption of this bar-restaurant by the cook Michel Bernoldi was a great opportunity to restore the rhythm and go to this small village, La Monbalen. Here, no deference and no misplaced claims: you are half way between the corner bistro and the restaurant where you get the recovering for a reasonable sum. The entrance of the MIDI formula consists of a cold buffet in free service, with delicious courgettes on the Neapolitan, but also more traditional commodities: sausages, local rillettes, etc. Two dishes are then offered each day, with different types of accompaniments, never frites beans from the cru. It's fine simple, and several desserts will complement this meal, not to mention a small coffee before resuming the road. On sunny days, a beautiful terrace awaits you, dominating a whole stroll.
