Restaurant in front of the Roman Museum near the arena offering a traditional cuisine revisited bistro

Le République is located opposite the Musée de la Romanité, close to the arena and a parking lot. The menu includes 4 starters, 5 main courses, 4 desserts, 1 seafood dish, 1 grilled meat (with sauce in winter or 1 salad in summer), and 1 tripe dish (andouillette, tripoux, veal kidney, etc.). The bistro's specialty is the tartare terre-mer, a subtle blend of beef and smoked herring. The red banquettes are reminiscent of Parisian bouillons, the produce is fresh and market-fresh, and the traditional cuisine is revisited bistro-style.
