Read moreThe Scarborough Bluffs are a little-known natural wonder for tourists. This escarpment on the shores of Lake Ontario is about 15 kilometres long and requires some caution if you are prone to vertigo: there is a 65-metre-high cliff. The area is beautiful and scenic, with white sandy beaches at the base of the cliffs and the turquoise waters of Lake Ontario. There are several parks, picnic areas and trails throughout the area.
