MUSKOKA HERITAGE PLACE

Facilities include a true pioneer village, a working early 20th century steam train (The Portage Flyer), a museum tracing the history of the area from First Nations to settlement to the present day, and more. Numerous activities and demonstrations on the site with characters in period costume, not forgetting the farm with its pigs, chickens, goats and other pretty animals. Please note that if you don't have time to see everything, there are fares for the museum, the village or the train only.
